About this property

Peaceful house with lots of privacy near Umag. Sea view.

Villa Mirna is located on the western part of Istria, 7km from the beaches and only 7 km from Slovenian border. 1.5km for the city of Buje, where you can find all offices and shops. When you look at a broader picture, it is only 5 hours from Milano, Munich, Vienna, thus very much suitable for one week visits.
Positioned on a hill, it has a nice view over the coast and city of Umag. The sun goes down in the sea and you can enjoy it.

It is very pleasant to enjoy the surroundings by walking, biking or visiting towns and villages. And, of course, in the warm months, going to one of the beaches, having swim and come back home where the breeze makes it very pleasant.

Golf resort Kempinski is on 10 minutes distance.

It is only two hours from skiing areas in Austria and Italy (Dolomites), and often after a day of skiing in Marmolata, you can spend a warm evening at home, near the fireplace. Also, only two hours from Villach, Venice and many other nice cities that you can visit.

Village of Jurcanija has few houses and large plots.

The neighbors are mainly local people, but there are also villas and holiday houses owned by Germans, Slovene, Italians and Dutch citizens.

The forest offers a nice habitat for birds, rabbits and dears, which sometimes grass just next to our plot. It is a quiet and picturesque surroundings with lot of sun, peace and nature. That can be refreshing after a visit to a touristic areas in the neighborhood, just a few kilometers away.

A beautiful, modern home in a quite setting. Ocean view on clear days. The owner was very helpful and available for questions. Also conveniently located for trips to coastal towns and Triest. We would be glad to return one day.

Gorgeous Villa in a beautiful setting

We stayed at Villa Mirna in August 2020 and the villa lived up to our expectations. We are a family of 4 with a small dog who loved spending time in the large gardens. The house was immaculate and the kitchen had everything that we needed for our stay. The aircon was excellent and needed! The pool area was lovely and well maintained. The children loved the table tennis table and made good use of it. We were able to walk to a local restaurant where we received good service, excellent food and very friendly staff. The area is beautiful and there is lots to do. We went to Pula, Pazin to the zipline, Porec, Umag and Stella Maris. We will return another year.

Beautiful house with great garden and swimming pool

We stayed in House Mirna for a week in August with 5 people. House Mirna is a beautiful, well looked after house in the small town Buje. The house looks beautiful inside as well as outside: some of the furniture looked as good as new. There is enough space for everyone in the house and the beds are comfortable. The garden is a pleasure to look at: green and well looked after. There is a nice diner table outside and a lounge set and some lounge beds by the pool. The pool itself is big and very clean. During the week the caretaker even came by one time (she first made sure it was ok by us to come by) to clean the pool. The water was perfect of temperature. Outside the house is also a pingpong-table, which we often used. It was a pleasure to stay at House Mirna, we were sad to have to leave. If we are ever in the region again, we will definitely book House Mirna again. Thank you for the nice stay, Aleksandra and Vladimir.

Ruhiger Aufenthalt mit Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse und Balkon. Alles ist schnell zu erreichen. Pool wurde gereinigt und man erkundigt sich ob alles in Ordnung sei. Holz zum Grillen ist in Hülle und Fülle vorhanden. Ideal für Aufenthalte auch mit großem Hund. Leider mal wieder zu kurz… hätten besser ein paar Tage mehr eingeplant .

Wir hatten in der Villa einen super schönen Aufenthalt und Urlaub. (4 Erwachsene und ein Hund) Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Villa ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auch ein Urlaub mit Kindern kann man dort sicher schön verbringen, da das Haus einen riesen Garten (rundherum eingezäunt) hat mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Ein toller Hundestrand ist in 20 Min mit dem Auto erreichbar, dieser ist auch kinderfreundlich.Vermieterin Aleksandra hat zwischendurch immer mal gefragt ob alles okay ist, die Kommunikation mit ihr war einwandfrei. TOLLER URLAUB ! Es wurde nicht zu viel versprochen. Wir würden es 100% weiterempfehlen und auch wieder buchen. Vielen Dank an Aleksandra und Vladimir.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft !!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Unterkunft sah so aus wie auf den Fotos, alles sauber und sehr Gastfreundlich. Das einzige war, dass im Erdgeschoss im Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage verbaut ist. In den restlichen Zimmern gab es aber dann eine. Sehr hundefreundliche Unterkunft

Einfach Traumhaft

Das Ferienhaus war sauber, wunderschön gelegen und herrlich ruhig. Alles, was man braucht, war da von Handtüchern über Bettwäsche bis zu Kochutensilien. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich, alles lief total unkompliziert.Highlight für uns: der traumhafte Pool, den die Sonne den ganzen Tag verwöhnt und nachmittags spendet ein Olivenbaum angenehmen Schatten. Es gab eine tolle Grillecke, eine Tischtennisplatte und vom Grundstück aus kann man sogar das Meer und Umag am Horizont sehen.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Ein tolles Haus

Wir durften ein paar richtig schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Vladimir und Aleksandra sind soooo freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Hund fand den Garten ganz toll!

Urlaub Sommer 2024

Wir waren im Sommer 24 in dem wunderschönen Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Aleksandra und ihr Mann sind super nett und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wundervoll. Wir( 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder ) und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Das Haus ist definitiv eine 10 von 10. Viele Grüße. Zur Info für die folgenden Gäste, um bei der Taverne im Ort zu essen, muss man mindestens einen Tag vorher bestellen.

Das Haus und der Garten ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Aleksandra und Vladimir sind super nett und voll auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und einfach traumhaft! Absolut das Richtige um einfach mal zu entschleunigen und den Akku wieder aufzuladen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen :-)

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir ( Familie mit 2 Teenager-girls und einem Hund) waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben die Tage in dem ruhigen Haus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist gut, man ist schnell in Buje oder Umag, selbst Triest ist nur 40 Minuten entfernt. Das Haus ist sogar besser als beschrieben. Der Kontakt mit Vladimir und Alexandra war top, die beiden sind sehr zuvorkommend und kümmern sich sehr. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Erholsame Ferien

Unsere Familie mit Hund hat sich in dem sauberen und sehr gut eingerichteten Haus mit Pool sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir konnten uns in der Ferienwoche gut erholen und machten auch Ausflüge in Istrien. Der Ausblick vom Haus auf das entfernte Meer und die Sonnenunteegänge waren unbeschreiblich schön! Die Vermietung war unkompliziert und die Leute vor Ort sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Objekt können wir sehr gerne weiter empfehlen.

Perfekt!

Das Haus mit Pool ist wirklich perfekt und hat die fünf Sterne mehr als verdient. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist super, die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr schön und es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Bei Fragen erhält man von der Vermieterin rasch eine hilfreiche Antwort. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
