Great Property - We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 2 weeks during July at this wonderful house. The property is very well maintained and offers a lot of amenities. Aircondition and Wifi worked very well and both the pool and the rooftop terrace are a great place to spend time. Kitchen has all the essentials you need. Plenty of space overall for our family. Riccardo was a great host. He was always available for us and immediately fixed all minor issues we had. Highly recommended!

Reunion after 14 years

In 2009 we rent the house for a longer period, so we were excited to go back. Almost everything was like we remembered. Authentic, cozy, nice pool and toproof. Good for a quiet holyday. The climb up the mountain is exciting and challenging, but we managed it in our vw multivan without a scratch 😅 Riccardo was very friendly and we had a good contact with him both before and during the stay. Thanks for a great holiday 👌

We had a lovely stay at this villa which has lots of character and charm. The drive up to it is a little tricky at times but you are rewarded with the most amazing view from the villa’s rooftop terrace. The house is very well equipped and the air conditioning in every room including the kitchen was very welcome. The three spacious bedrooms are downstairs along with an en-suite bathroom, the main shower room and a washing machine. Upstairs is the kitchen, a toilet, a large dining/sitting room and a separate good-sized sitting area. The big rooftop terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase from the dining room where there is a bbq, large outdoor sofa and 2 dining tables (one under cover for shade). We enjoyed all our meals on the rooftop terrace with the view over the lake and sea. The pool is separate from the house and not visible from it being across the garden and up some steps but there is a toilet and shower there and plenty of sunloungers and cover for shade. We really enjoyed our time by the pool and whilst it is surrounded by other houses on 2 sides they kept their shutters closed so we never felt overlooked. Communication with Riccardo was excellent throughout and he was very helpful.

Beautiful house!

We loved staying at this wonderful house! It had everything we needed and more. The pool was great! And even had a mini-fridge, and restroom right next to it (very convenient!) The terrace had this beautiful view towards viareggio. we spent many evenings up there barbecuing and having dinner. The house was very clean and tidy. Big and spacious. Perfect for a big family. The owner was super friendly and professional. He contacted us from the very begining to help us if we had any questions for our stay. He showed us around the house when we arrived so that we knew how everything worked and where we could find things. He also said we could call if there was anything. Overall we loved staying there and the week went by too fast. We would love to come back for another vacation. I would highly recommend this house! :)

Een prachtige authentieke villa in de hills van Corsanico! Ricardo is een fantastische gastheer en laat je meteen genieten van de mooie en gastvrije omgeving vanaf de reservatie tot het einde van de vakantie. Hier kom je tot rust.De airco in iedere ruimte is een echt pluspunt. En onze hondjes waren ook welkom. Zalig om hen onbezorgd te kunnen meenemen. Uiteraard laat je als hondenbaasje steeds àlles netjes achter!Zalig genoten op het zonnige dakterras en van het mooie zwembad!Ciao Bella Italia!

Sehr schönes, gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Haus mit Klimaanlage in jedem Raum (sehr angenehm bei Hitzewelle).Anfahrt zum Haus teilweise eng, im Ort Corsanico selber wenig Infrastruktur. Unschlagbar ist die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf Viareggio und die Berge, ausgestattet mit Lounge-Möbeln und überdachtem Esstisch und Kohlegrill. Absolut spitze. Küche ist ebenso sehr gut ausgestattet.Sehr gemütlicher Privatpool 1,30m Tiefe mit kleinem Poolhaus und genügend Schattenmöglichkeit. Dass der Pool von benachbarten Häusern umgeben ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Privater Parkplatz hinter einem Tor. Riccardo ist immer ansprechbar, in allen Fragen sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auch Tips für die Umgebung !

Heel fijne plek en een mooi groot huis. Leuk Italiaans ingericht, alles aanwezig. We hebben genoten van de omgeving. Je kan er ook goed wielrennen en wandelen. Vlakbij het mooie strand van Viareggio.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit toller Aussicht

In diesem großzügigen Haus haben wir einen wunderschönen Sommerurlaub verbracht. Riccardo und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Noch vor dem Check-in haben wir viele Informationen zum Haus und der Umgebung erhalten. Im Kühlschrank lagen zudem bereits typisch toskanische Getränke für uns bereit. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Klimatisierung in den einzelnen Räumen war ideal genau wie der schöne Pool. Beides war uns als Familie im Sommer sehr wichtig. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Der Weg zum Haus führt über viele Serpentinen und dauert ungefähr 15 Minuten vom Fuß des Berges an. Das hatten wir eine wenig unterschätzt. Dafür wird man aber mit einem grandiosen Ausblick über die Berge und das Meer belohnt.

Godt. Venlig og hjælpsom udlejer. Annoncen beskriver passende stedet. Især flot udsigt fra tagetage. Ingen trafikstøj, men lidt lyd fra nabohuse kan høres. De sidste veje mod huset er snoet, stejle og smalle - intet problem, men ikke optimalt hvis uerfaren chauffør/meget stor bil. Butikker i nærheden, men ikke i gåafstand. Fin sandstrand 25min i bil derfra. Alt i alt, et dejligt sted.

Enttäuschend!!

Die Bilder im Exposé entsprechen in keinster Weise der Realität. Das Haus und vor allem der Pool sind von Häuserfronten umgeben. Dadurch ist keinerlei Privatsphäre gegeben. Weitaus katastrophaler ist der Zustand des Hauses und der Sauberkeit. Wir können die vorigen Bewertungen bzgl. der Sauberkeit in keinster Art und Weise nachvollziehen. Der Pool, die Dachterasse, manche Bettlaken sowie die sanitären Einrichtungen waren teilweise komplett verdreckt. (Siehe Bilder) Die angebotenen Fahrräder standen mit platten Reifen in einer vermüllten Ecke. Aber jetzt kommt der eigentliche Hammer. Nachdem wir am Abend den Vermieter um Nachbesserung gebeten haben, hat er uns am nächsten Morgen ohne Rücksprache oder selbst vor Ort zu sein, den Mietvertrag per WhatsApp gecancelt, mit dem Grund, dass wir angeblich gegen die Hausordnung verstoßen hätten.Wir mieten nun seit über 20 Jahren über verschiedene Portale, aber so eine Frechheit ist uns noch nicht untergekommen. Wenn man nicht kritikfähig ist, sollte man besser keine Dienstleistungen in diesem Bereich anbieten.

Top Vakantie met 2 Gezinnen

Wij hebben 8 dagen in dit mooie Toscaanse huis verbleven met 4 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 6 en 8 jaar. Het huis is voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Het zwembad is mooi gelegen tussen de bloemen en planten. De kleine frigo aan het zwembad is zeker een plus punt. De slaapkamers waren groot genoeg en heel rustig. We hebben er heel goed geslapen. Ook is er een tv voorzien in elke kamer. Het grote dakterras is absoluut het hoogte punt van deze vakantiewoning. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. De klim naar het huis is wel uitdagend, maar wij zijn er telkens met een minibus zonder krassen geraakt. Riccardo is een top gastheer, we konden er alles aan vragen. De regio is heel mooi. Steden als Pisa en Lucca liggen vlakbij, Firenze is ook zeker goed te bereiken met de trein. Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad. Hermes Hendrickx

Sensationeller Ausblick und toller Pool

Alles super! Das Highlight war die Dachterrasse mut dem tollen Ausblick und der große Pool! Riccardo war ein reizender Gastgeber, der alles wunderbar erklärt hat.

Herrliches Toskana-Erlehnis

Sehr schöne Lage im kleinen Bergdorf, man kann direkt loswandern oder einfach in den tollen Pool springen. Highlights sind die Dachterrasse mit großartigem Ausblick auf Berge und Meer. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von den Gastgebern mit einem gefülltem Kühlschrank überrascht (Obst + Getränke). Vielen Dank, Riccardo
