Everything you’d expect from a rustic Tuscan Villa - picturesque setting, lovely garden & pool and beautiful vista from the roof terrace.Probably best with a car but we just did one big shop in taxi and never needed (or wanted) to leave the villa. All amenities you could need - air conditioning, pool, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.Host (Ricardo) could not have been more obliging - from meeting us at the station, stopping en route for us to pick up supplies, answering all our questions, checking in regularly, etc.Would not hesitate to recommend - grazie mile!

A beautifullly calm and relaxing house with amazing views down to the sea and across the landscape. Every window like a painting! The pool and air conditioning throughout were very welcome in the July heat and the roof terrace was a lovely place for morning coffee and evening meals. We found this a great location for exploring the coast, the mountains and surrounding towns. We even made a day trip to La Spezia, beautiful! Riccardo met us when we arrived (even though we were late) to show us the house and explain things, and offered help if we needed it. Brilliant host, we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.

Great Property - We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed for 2 weeks during July at this wonderful house. The property is very well maintained and offers a lot of amenities. Aircondition and Wifi worked very well and both the pool and the rooftop terrace are a great place to spend time. Kitchen has all the essentials you need. Plenty of space overall for our family. Riccardo was a great host. He was always available for us and immediately fixed all minor issues we had. Highly recommended!

Reunion after 14 years

In 2009 we rent the house for a longer period, so we were excited to go back. Almost everything was like we remembered. Authentic, cozy, nice pool and toproof. Good for a quiet holyday. The climb up the mountain is exciting and challenging, but we managed it in our vw multivan without a scratch 😅 Riccardo was very friendly and we had a good contact with him both before and during the stay. Thanks for a great holiday 👌

Beautiful house!

We loved staying at this wonderful house! It had everything we needed and more. The pool was great! And even had a mini-fridge, and restroom right next to it (very convenient!) The terrace had this beautiful view towards viareggio. we spent many evenings up there barbecuing and having dinner. The house was very clean and tidy. Big and spacious. Perfect for a big family. The owner was super friendly and professional. He contacted us from the very begining to help us if we had any questions for our stay. He showed us around the house when we arrived so that we knew how everything worked and where we could find things. He also said we could call if there was anything. Overall we loved staying there and the week went by too fast. We would love to come back for another vacation. I would highly recommend this house! :)

We had a lovely stay at this villa which has lots of character and charm. The drive up to it is a little tricky at times but you are rewarded with the most amazing view from the villa’s rooftop terrace. The house is very well equipped and the air conditioning in every room including the kitchen was very welcome. The three spacious bedrooms are downstairs along with an en-suite bathroom, the main shower room and a washing machine. Upstairs is the kitchen, a toilet, a large dining/sitting room and a separate good-sized sitting area. The big rooftop terrace is accessed by a spiral staircase from the dining room where there is a bbq, large outdoor sofa and 2 dining tables (one under cover for shade). We enjoyed all our meals on the rooftop terrace with the view over the lake and sea. The pool is separate from the house and not visible from it being across the garden and up some steps but there is a toilet and shower there and plenty of sunloungers and cover for shade. We really enjoyed our time by the pool and whilst it is surrounded by other houses on 2 sides they kept their shutters closed so we never felt overlooked. Communication with Riccardo was excellent throughout and he was very helpful.

Top! 10/10

Autentisk hus i skønne Toscana.

Fin sandstrand 25min i bil derfra. Alt i alt, et dejligt sted.

Vielen Dank, Riccardo
