Exteriors and swimming pool
The villa is surrounded by a large garden on several levels, very well cared for and completely fenced, measuring approximately 2 hectares. In a lateral position, about 50 meters from the villa, there is access to the elegant in-ground swimming pool which measures 18x4 with a maximum depth of 1.50 metres, with a heated hydromassage area and a waterfall inside. The solarium area develops around it with sun loungers and deck chairs, two gazebos equipped with tables and chairs, an outdoor shower with hot water, a bathroom with shower and an anteroom equipped with a fridge. Located higher up than the swimming pool there are two other gazebos equipped with outdoor lounges, tables and chairs to enjoy an excellent view at sunset. In the lower part of the garden there is a delightful vegetable garden and cute farmyard animals. Around the house guests have at their disposal a large terrace on two levels equipped with outdoor lounges, umbrellas with tables and chairs for the entire group and a portable barbecue. All outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. The private parking is outside, in front of the property gate, where you can enter by car to unload your luggage.Interior
The villa (approximately 200 m2) has been renovated preserving the rustic Tuscan flavor of the past with ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors, but has also been embellished with personalized furnishing elements in pastel colors and naturalistic murals in the rooms. Consisting of two residential units, it is spread over two floors and is equipped with mosquito nets and TVs in all bedrooms and independent entrances to offer maximum comfort and autonomy to its guests.
The main house (approximately 140 m2) opens on the ground floor onto the dining room which can accommodate the entire group with a wood-burning oven, barbecue and direct access to the terrace equipped for outdoor dining, kitchen (equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher), living room with satellite TV and fireplace; the ground floor is completed by a service bathroom suitable for disabled people. From here, climbing a cast iron spiral staircase, we access the first floor with access also from the outside, characterized by two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom with shower, one of which (without bidet) is suitable for disabled people. On the ground floor of the villa, in a separate room, there is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.
The lovely annex (approximately 60 m2), entirely made of stone, is on the ground floor and consists of two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom with shower.

The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed and kitchen linen, pool towels (changed weekly), consumption of water, gas (but not heating), electricity, final cleaning, wi-fi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, possibility of chef and cooking courses.

The villa is located in Molazzana, a municipality in Garfagnana, in the province of Lucca in the northern part of Tuscany. It is an area characterized by lush nature and many small villages with ancient origins. The visit to the Grotta del Vento is famous and very interesting with suggestive paths among stalactites, stalagmites and small streams. Worth a visit are the Devil's Bridge, one of the most original buildings that can be found in Tuscany, the Bagni di Lucca spa with their beneficial properties, Barga, a delightful medieval village, the Hermitage of Calomini, a place where peace and tranquility reign. Adventure lovers can explore the Botri Ravine and the Canyon Park and for those who love trekking, horseback riding and mountain biking, it is interesting to delve into the Orecchiella Park. In Garfagnana you can taste ancient typical local dishes, based on chestnut and spelled flour or unique cured meats linked to local traditions and peasant culture, a heritage that has been handed down for generations.
