Ground floor & Outdoor
Fotini Designers Residence main entrance is located up the glass stairs, and opens up to a small foyer with floor to ceiling wooden wardrobe. Following the foyer the living room and kitchen are directly to right and are separated by a gas floating fireplace. All areas of the villa are climate controlled to the preference as well the sound system of the villa is individually controlled in the rooms.
The living room level area is one beautiful glass box of outdoors and seaview directly from this level. Kitchen is euro design sleek white furnished with full size appliances and an island breakfast bar suitable for 3 guests.The kitchen area includes an indoor dining area table for 8 guests. Through both kitchen and living room the pool area is fully accessible through glass panel doors for seamless movement.


Outdoor amenities include:
- 56 sq.m. or 16x3.5 pool with a depth ranging from 2.40 to 1.5 meters & ladder access. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge, upon request.

Floor to ceiling windows offer sea view throughout the ensuite master bedroom (1.80 X 200) which includes a small vanity, A/C, 43" TV, wardrobe area. The bathroom is sleek white marble tile & wood panel style bathroom with rainfall shower and soaker bath.
Bedroom 2
Directly across from master bedroom 1 is ensuite bedroom 2 (1.80 X 200) with large windows which offer the view of vistas. The bedroom includes a small vanity, A/C, 43" TV, wardrobe & bathroom with rainfall shower.


Lower Level
Bedroom 3 - Studio
Ensuite double bedroom (1.40 X 200) A/C, TV and sleek marble style bathroom with rainfall shower. This studio can accommodate an additional guest on the foldable sofa bed. The room also includes a wardrobe, a small kitchenette and access to the terrace with patio furniture. This bedroom will allow for accessibility to the rest of the house through terrace to the upper level.
Bedroom 4
Directly across ensuite double bedroom (1.60 X 200) A/C, TV and sleek marble style bathroom with rainfall shower.
Sauna Area & Play room and Fitness Area
Lower floor offers a separate room dedicated to the laundry & storage room. The Playroom features a 65" TV & Playstation 5. The sofa serves as a sofa bed in the playroom and can accommodate 2 guests. In the same room guests will find fitness equipment such as a treadmill, mats and free weights.


The private parking allows for a parking area for 6 cars and more in the road leading to the villa.



**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
