Our wonderfully furnished apartment promise the ideal home base for an unforgettable stay in the city. The central location of the apartments allows you to explore the beautiful city of Porto!

The apartment is composed of 2 double beds for maximum of 4 guests, a living room with couch, a kitchen complete with dining table and chairs, and 2 bathrooms

In our home, you will have Wifi, hot water system, TV, washing machine, and a laptop friendly workspace.

Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, you will find fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, basic cookware and cutleries.

The home is also complete with hotel quality linen, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The Brito Capelo Apartment, although located in the center of the city, is situated in a quiet and peaceful area. Around it you can find traditional shops with products of Portuguese gastronomy.

The nearest metro station is Carolina Michaelis.

Catch the Metro in Airport to Carolina Michaelis metro station, then walk 9 minutes, to Rua Brito Capelo, Porto, number 57.

The apartment is in the first floor.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
