Sitting in the West Sussex village of Westbourne is this beautifully renovated semi-detached house, Rainbow Villa offers contemporary style mixed in with period features. The host has gone to every trouble to make sure guests can comfortably self cater for their stay.

Suited to a family of five or two couples, Rainbow Villa situated close to all the local amenities and is within easy reach of the South Downs National Park, Chichester and Portsmouth.
As soon as you enter Rainbow Villa you will be within an open plan living area/ kitchen. The bi-fold doors illuminate this space and lead out on to the garden, which is a suntrap! There is a BBQ available for guests to use and outside seating to relax and enjoy alfesco dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required during your stay including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and gas oven. The freezer and washing machine are located in the utility area.

The open plan living area has a smokeless coal open fire and move into the cosy sitting room in the evening.

Located upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a family bathroom with shower over bath.

The village of Westbourne is a lovely base for accessing a host of different attractions and areas, being just south of the South Downs National Park where you can find attractions like the National Trust's Uppark House and Garden, West Dean Gardens and Weald & Downland Living Museum.

Spend a fabulous day at the races over at Goodwood Racecourse hosting a handful of events throughout the year, perfect for a special occasion.

Head down to the shoreline at Emsworth to try your hand at some watersports with Marina Watersports offering equipment hire for paddle-boards and kayaks, providing a great way to enjoy the coastal scenery and get active.

Westbourne itself has all the amenities you need with shops and pubs, or perhaps venture to the edge of Portsmouth and enjoy peaceful walks along the Southsea Parade Pier before a visit to Southsea Castle, and its cute model village and beautiful parks for picnics.

Venture over to Chichester to see the cathedral and Bishop's Palace Garden before browsing the shops and dining out.
