A cozy 2 bedroom cottage comprising a lounge with dining area (and a sofa bed for guests), a 2nd sun/kids lounge with space to play, a country cottage kitchen with range style cooker and informal dining table. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms, Main bedroom (kingsize), twin room (or superking, or tripple) and a family bathroom with walk-in shower

The rear garden is a good size and is beautifully mature with a decked area, that is great for alfresco dining with lovely garden views and a large summer house, equipped with table tennis, table football and gym equipment, great to enjoy in the day or for the kids to `camp out` at in the summer nights.



Perfect location between the hovercraft and fastcat in Ryde and the Fishbourne ferry, can be at `Home` within 10 minutes...Easy walk to town for cafes, shops, bars and restaurants, but far enough away to fee rural, just by the golf course and close to the beach. Bus stops virtually at the entrance with a 10 minute service, peak hours, if you want to travel car free.
