We had an amazing stay at this villa. The view is amazing, the pool was more than welcomed in the afternoons and the inside is much bigger than what is shown in the pictures. Everything was extra clean when we arrived. Plenty of room for us 5. Very quiet and relaxing environment. Short driving distance from a nice cafe (Kriskios) and a couple of tavernas with fantastic views for a sunset meal.We would definitely love to go back. Thank you very much for this perfect holiday setting.

Wonderful views and a great house

We had a great stay at Serafim's house. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The views are amazing and the pool wonderful to have on hot days and after having been out on excursions.

Amazing location - spectacular views of the sea in one direction, of the mountains in the other. Completely private. Not overlooked at all. A couple of tiny issues swiftly sorted - with very good communication with the host. Highly recommended!

relaxation in natural surroundings.

We’ve had an amazing trip. The house and pool were really fabulous. Loads of space for us all. Very comfortable beds. We loved eating out on the terrace in the evenings listening to the cicadas. The local beaches were lovely and uncrowded. Communication was perfect. You need a car to travel around.

Amazing views

Great place. Out on the hills and not overlooked... you felt alone and had your own privaste place in the middle of nowhere. Shops about 10 min drive away. Pool a good size. Very quiet. Sunsets and sunrises overlooking the harbour of Kalmata absolutely out of this world

Greece at its best. Sunsets. Sea. Privacy. Close to historic sights in all directions. Perfect for the days when you want to lounge poolside as well. Been coming to Greece for 35 years. I’ll be back.

Hideaway in paradise

We had the perfect stay at this gorgeous house - the view from the terrace was to die for!! Very quiet and private. You do need a car to get around and there are plenty of facilities a short car-ride away. The whole family absolutely loved it! If you have very small children, the pool area can be a little tricky as the surrounding walls are quite narrow and fairly high up. But for us it was perfect.

Relaxing

Very relaxing location, the property isn’t suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues. There are high walls and steps with no guards or hand rail, had a couple of small issues with the fridge and water supply, after texting the owner he didn’t even reply.

What a beautiful location. The views from the covered terrace took our breath away with the sunsets over the Messanian Bay to our keft and the awe inspiring Taygetus mountains to the right.Our hosts Eleni and Serafim were there to meet us to hand over the keys and show us the house which did not disappoint. Everything is as described.If you can tear yourself away from the house and lovely pool there are two delightful village taverns within 3 minutes drive and the beaches with more tavernas and a very useful mini-mart only a further 8 minutes away.If you are looking for peace and quiet and spectacular views this is the place for you.Oh, and did I mention the views!Thank you aagain Eleni and Serafim

Une maison au milieu de champs d’oliviers, avec une vue incroyable, la mer d’un côté, la montagne de L’autre.Elle est très fonctionnelle pour accueillir une grande famille, nous étions six adultes et deux enfants. Il ne manquait rien.La terrasse est magique avec ses coins d’ombre et chaque soir une lumière magnifique de coucher de soleil.La piscine en contrebas est très bien, propre et de taille suffisante pour nager et s’amuser. Et puis les plages et Kalamata à quelques minutes de voiture.LaCommunication avec Serafim était parfaite.Nous avons tous adoré cette maison et reviendrons avec grand plaisir dès que nous pourrons

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa. Alles ist wunderschön angelegt. Die Villa an sich ist eher rustikal im Griechischem Stil. Aber das ist 100% authentisch. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt. Der Ausblick auf Meer, Berge, Olivenbäume und die Stadt Kalamata ist gigantisch - sowohl tags als auch nachts. Auch der Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein, ist angenehm groß und am Abend schön beleuchtet. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden gern wiederkommen.Wir waren vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für mehrere Autos auf den großen Grundstück.Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber!

Aufenthalt auf dem PeloponnesWir haben fast zehn Tage in diesem Haus verbracht und uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist ruhig, abseits der Ortschaft, mit weitem Blick über die Landschaft – besonders vom Balkon im ersten Stock einfach traumhaft. Das Grundstück ist groß, gepflegt und grün, mit Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen. Parken ist unkompliziert, die Zufahrt gut.Der Pool ist sauber, abends stimmungsvoll beleuchtet und ideal zum Abkühlen. Die Terrasse aus Naturstein lädt zum Essen und Entspannen ein. Innen ist das Haus schlicht, praktisch und angenehm kühl, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Drei saubere Bäder, gute Betten, ausreichend Handtücher – alles wie beschrieben.Die Küche ist funktional und vollständig, nur beim Kühlschrank sollte man auf die Tür achten. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer: Jede Nachricht wurde sofort beantwortet, telefonisch war er ebenfalls erreichbar – das war wirklich außergewöhnlich.In der Nähe gibt es eine kleine Taverne mit einfacher, leckerer griechischer Küche. Schöne Strände und viele Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Wer gerne läuft oder Rad fährt, findet rund ums Haus perfekte Bedingungen.Ein Haus mit Charme und Charakter, kein Luxus, aber ehrlich, gepflegt und besonders. Wir danken den Gastgebern herzlich für die schöne Zeit – wir werden das Haus vermissen.

Prachtig gelegen huis

Het huis ligt prachtig in een rustig, wat afgelegen omgeving. Fijne buitenruimte met mooi zwembad. Binnen is het op orde. Slaapkamers zijn netjes en ruim. Badkamer niet zo praktisch. Douchekop kan niet worden opgehangen, waardoor je de sproeier in de hand moet houden. We misten theedoeken en poetsdoeken. Verder alles top!

Das Haus ist ein Traum .Die Umgebung ist ein Traum .Die Menschen sind ein Traum .Wir mussten alle am letzten Abend weinen .Danke an den Besitzer und vielen Dank an das Service Paar .Und Danke an alle 3 Tavernen im Ort ( kein Gericht über 10 Euro.und wirklich gut.) Einfach großartig

Die Bilder werden diesem tollen Anwesen gar nicht gerecht: es gibt verschiede Terassen, sodass man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen findet. Es gibt verschiedene Essplätze, Korbmöbel und Liegen zum Relaxen. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die obere Terasse von der aus wir die Sterne betrachtet und viele Sternschnuppen gesehen haben. Es ist wunderbar still und trotzdem nicht abgeschieden. Ein kleiner feiner suaberer Kieselstrand ist in 5 Fahrminuten erreichbar. Hier gibt es ein paar Lokale. An Tavernen fehlt es ebenfalls nicht in der näheren Umgebung. Kalamata mit vielen Einkaufs- und Essensmäglichkeiten ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Hier ist ein safter Tourusmus vorhanden. Der Pool ist toll, am Ende sogar sehr tief, sodass man ohne Sorge reinspringen kann. Er wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und ist nachts beleuchtet. Einmal wöchentlich wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Alles war blitzsauber. Das tollste war der Bilck: schaut man nach links ist dort das Meer, schaut man nach rechts sind dort die Berge. Auch bei 40°C war alles wunderbar grün. Also: wir kommen wieder, es war einfach traumhaft.

Vier großartige Wochen

Das Haus ist großartig. Serafin und seine Frau sind zu jeder Zeit für Fragen und sonstiges erreichbar. Der Hauskeeper und seine Frau sind sehr zuverlässig und diskret. Alle sind sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Die Umgebung ist einfach ein Traum. Man kann Jedermanns Bedürfnisse stillen. In Kalamata Action in den umliegenden Fischerörtchen Ruhe und kleine Buchten mit herrlichem Essen. Wir wollten nicht mehr weg.
