The very comfortably furnished vacation home SPITI-MANOLIS offers its residents space, privacy and high living comfort for 8 persons. From the private pool terrace you can end the day with a glass of wine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. A collection of more than 30 records (classical music and chansons) as well as a CD collection with Greek music offers the musical frame for this event.

The elegant and tastefully furnished, thoughtful to the smallest detail vacation home blends in skilfully with the Mani landscape and harmonizes with the blue of the sea and the colors of the pool. The roofed pergola in front of the house provides the necessary shade, the sun loungers by the pool invite you to relax and the sea is on the horizon. At the beautiful covered pool terrace, with BBQ area and the old olive tree in front, the spacious granite table with lounge furniture offers the best conditions for family celebrations and vacation moments. In the living room the fireplace provides comfort on some fresh days. At the large dining table with the adjacent open kitchen you can cook, sit and eat together in a convivial atmosphere. The very well equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even for passionate hobby cooks.

The interior of the two-storey vacation home is bright and friendly and harmonizes with discreet decorative accents and quiet, pastel shades on the walls. On the ground floor you will find the living room with direct access to the covered terrace, the pool and the BBQ area with various seating areas. Adjacent to the living room is the private bathroom and the staircase to the upper floor. Due to the hillside location of the property the access to the upper floor is at ground level from the back of the property. The upper floor also has a separate outside entrance. A corridor leads to the three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. From the master bedroom and the hallway there is direct access to the beautiful terrace with comfortable seating and wide sea views. The second bedroom has a small private balcony with beautiful sea views. All bedrooms with high wood panelled ceilings radiate a pleasant room width and cosiness.

On both sides of the house there are stairs leading to the pool terrace, which is decorated with many Mediterranean plants and flowers. 3 large parasols around the house provide the necessary shade on some hot days.

The stone house SPITI-MANOLIS, newly built in 2019 with 50cm thick walls, reflects all the love of the German owner, who has had a stone house in Stoupa for thirty years, for the Mani. This can be seen in many details as well as in the Mediterranean blooming garden on all sides of the vacation house.

The approx. 30 sqm own freshwater pool (8 x 3,75m, depth 0,80 to 1,50m, not heated, water treatment by salt electrolysis - pleasant swimming water and very good skin tolerance, in operation from 1.05.-15.11.) with sunbeds and umbrella promises bathing pleasure for the whole family.

In the separate room of the house there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The Kalogria beach after approx. 1.3 km with very fine sand, outside and in the water, partly managed sunbathing area, taverns and cafés offers unforgettable bathing fun for the whole family. The water is shallow and turquoise clear, ideal for - even small - children.

The main beach directly in the village of Stoupa is a sandy beach and in the water in many places with round polished stones. Many taverns and cafés in and around Stoupa provide for the physical well-being and a rich gastronomic variety.
