Our cosy bungalow has 3 bedrooms, a large living room, bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. It is in a perfect location for those visiting the NEC/Resorts world/Birmingham airport as they are a 10 min train journey away! It’s also ideal for those who want to do a group booking or business in Birmingham.

Parking for up to 3 cars.

Our property boasts a large private garden, perfect to lounge and soak in the sun (excusing the British weather)
Enjoy everything Birmingham has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is two single beds.

    Cosy Crack Den!

    Dirty and ill-equipped! We contacted hosts the firsts morning due to a number of issues:- Floor dividers missing, so massive trip hazard going from room to room.- Glass And broken bottles outside make going out unsafe.- No room on driveway for more than one car due to scaffolding.- Shower screen that has a huge gap at the bottom, allowing water to run freely over the bathroom floor.-Ill-equipped kitchen. No soap, no washing tablets or washing up liquid, dirty plates in cupboards, no oven gloves.- Rats running round outside- Mould everywhere - Chaotic heating (went up to 35 degrees in the middle of the night).- Missing lightbulbs.We contacted hosts and the they removed a few broken bottles from outside, but left the glass and they didn’t apologise or sort out any of the other issues!

    Host uncontactable

    The host did not respond to any of our messages, leaving us stranded with nowhere to stay. When he eventually contacted us, after check in time, he used a different name to the one we had been sent and referred to a booking with a different company. He has taken our money and refused a refund. Thankfully Vrbo's stranded Traveller Team were great and helped us to find alternative accommodation.

    Poor communication prior to stay; inadequate supplies while there

    This place was disappointing. Old, so naturally not as clean looking, but was also dusty when we arrived. No bath mat and the shower leaked so the floor was slippery and was hard to get the host to bring more towels by. Not enough mugs for everyone in our group of 4 to have tea in the AM. Radiator heat did not work in one of the rooms. Beds were adequately comfortable. Host was mostly responsive when we were there but difficult to reach prior to the trip.

    Our getaway

    The property was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was straightforward and we had prompt responses. Community very peaceful. Will definitely use again and have already recommended.
