Missing things, Loud and Dirty

We got there and we spent the first hour cleaning the place up. It also states that there are enough beds to sleep 6... had to book at hotel as well as it couldn't. only had 2 beds. to make matter worse upstairs is a daycare which at 7am sounds like a race track. and then at 1 am the kids who live there

We specifically rented a unit with a washer and dryer but the washer was not working. Dirty floors, carpet area and bathroom (specifically the tub) were in need of cleaning.

Accurate description and excellent property manager

We stayed at this property to attend Calgary stampede July 2024. The property is exactly as described, and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are a nice size, with tasteful, modern decor. The pictures are accurate. Beds and pillows are comfortable, full-size fridge, stove, and dishwasher, as well as washer and dryer. Keurig combo coffee maker. The location is a fair distance from downtown, but the park-and-ride to the C train is only about 10 minutes away. The best part was the communication with the property manager. He was attentive and quick to respond with very helpful information. Even before the trip, he provided information regarding the amenities in the area and even the location of the closest gym, which was important to my son. Check in process was smooth and seamless with Keyes entry. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Recommended.

room not ready when arrived need another half hour to clean. first nite kids jumping on floor above us i told host and he did nothing as noise still continued into second nite.flooding from up stairs into our bathroom at 1am in the morning.

Fabulous stay!

Super clean with all the amenities needed to have a great vacation! Comfortable to relax in the den and a great kitchen that was used for all our meals. Host was fabulous to deal with!
