Whether meeting a friend for coffee, grabbing a meal at one of the Kensington’s over 28 restaurants, shopping for the latest style trends or checking off your to-do list with ease, everything you need is within steps of your front door.

Organic market, Safeway, spin classes, Orange Theory, a container park, cat cafe, wine stores, boutique shops, cupcake shop, cheese store, Ethiopian restaurant, container bar, spas, raw vegan restaurant, we have it all!

Rooftop patio is CLOSED during the winter season, typically from November 1 to April 30 annually. Please note that opening and closing dates are subject to building announcements, weather conditions, and seasonal changes.

PARKING: We have free street level parking provided which is located on the same block at a neighbouring building. Instructions provided in the check-in process.

1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom suite with a comfortable sofa bed (queen) to sleep up to 4 people comfortably. This walk out suite offers floor to ceiling windows that look out on an XL enclosed, private patio with seating. Enjoy the top of the line appliances, large island and the comforts of being located in the heart of Kensington.

The suite is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable trip. From shampoos and body-wash to salt, pepper and oil. We supply fresh linens and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

The building has a gorgeous rooftop patio with views of Sunnyside, downtown, the mountains and Kensington.

A few notable features include;
- Spacious roof-top patio with a dog run, fireplace, communal barbecues, a community garden, a group game set-up and ample seating areas to socialize (as per health guidelines), and an incredible view of Calgary’s skyline.

Uber, personal car or Turo are great options as well.

Comfortable stay in great location

Comfortable small ground-floor condo, very comfortable queen bed, super clean, exceedingly well-equipped kitchen & excellent washer-dryer.Location is terrific. Right next to a large grocery store & umpteen small casual bites around the corner. Parking is outside & about 1/2 block away but we had good weather so this was a non issue. Would happily return.

Kensington Adventure

Property was clean and close to shops, restaurants & walking bridge to downtown. Amazing roof top common area - views were top notch. You enter the unit from the alley which was a little hard to find and well an alley but once inside it was clean & homey. Laundry amenities key for a family! Pull out couch could have had a little more mattress but made do. Property Management team responsive & patient with questions & requests.

Nice but not optimal

Location was good within walking distance to restaurants, stores, groceries, etc. We were disappointed to find the ground floor patio faced the back alley. The views were of homeless, graffiti and garbage in the alley. We witnessed an exchange between people who were questionable dealers located next door to us. It was a bit unnerving to say the least. The roof top patio was the best asset this rental.

The condo is lovely, well-equipped, and very clean. All appliances worked well and are of very high quality. Overall we were happy with it. The main concern we had was of the neighborhood. The condo faced a back alley with numerous garbage bins. The back wall of restaurants were painted with rather menacing graffiti. The crowd after dark made us feel unsafe while toileting our dog. This is too bad as the condo is really well located with close proximity to lots of interesting stores and numerous ethnic restaurants.
