Fantastic location. Easy access. Lots to do in the area. Kitchen appointments (dishes, glassware, pots/pans, etc.) were adequate.

We loved staying here and would definitely stay again.

We loved the location and the parking spot that was included. The house was decorated great and had everything we needed. The cleaning crew must’ve been rushed because they left towels in the wash and dryer and didn’t do a great job cleaning the bathrooms. We would definitely stay again bc we loved the location.

This place is in an excellent location! It’s a cool home with a modern vibe. I would highly recommend. It does have some maintenance that needs to be attended to in the guest bedroom but that is my only recommendation.

Great place - not super private

This apartment was beautiful and in a great location. We had a great stay! The ONLY negative is that with sliding doors on each bedroom and very little shade, it's not the most private - even though each room is separated by a walkway.

Good location, needs some work.

Great location - near restaurants, bars, shops. Wifi and parking are great. The condo is very modern design - note that both bedrooms are accessed by concrete stairs - the photos depicted a very bright space, which was not altogether what we found - especially in the one bedroom.The bed linens, pillows, dishes, silverware were definitely needing a refresh - they were functional but well worn. With not too much work and cost, the unit could be very nice! Definitely was glad for the detailed entry instructions. There is an entrance in the front and thru the parking garage once you have a key.

Overall, the place was Great! Had plenty of room for 5 adults. Finding it was a challenge but we did it & had a wonderful time in Portland. Would recommend staying here!

Gorgeous townhouse, excellent location!

We loved this townhouse! It’s absolutely beautiful. The showers have amazing water pressure and the beds are super comfy. And it’s in a great neighborhood in Portland. The parking is super secure too. The only issue is that everything is so sleek and modern so it’s a little loud inside! Just be mindful of that if you have a loud snorer.

The Robots Are In Charge

Okay, I'm not even that old, but the process for checking in and dealing with issues was all handled by AI, which sucked. You can't park the car in the garage until you get the key for the condo and then he garage door opener to park the car. The lockbox for Vacasa is down a hallway you would never know to go to. Luckily we saw a person, and she told us where to go. The building is odd that you have to get the key and then go back outside to find your condo door. So finally, we got in and parked the car. Then we realized the heat was not on. We checked all the obvious things, but it wasn't any of that. So I called the number and got AI. I texted, and got AI. I emailed, and got AI. AI just said the same thing over and over for 3 days. Nobody ever came to check the heat, and then we left.All that aside, the location is astounding! Very close to restaurants and shops. There were goats on the street! They were living in an empty lot and were owned by a restaurant group. It seems their job is to take care of plant-based waste. Very Portlandia, but also practical and super fun to see them each time we passed by. Portland is such a fun city with nice people and great food and art. Even if this isn't the most personable rental, it was still a great trip. Just back to dress in some serious layers and solve your own problems.

But the place could have been better with a few things.Large towels for 4 people we had 2.Coffee cups for everyone we had 3.Dish towels we had 0.Kleenex we used toilet paperShape nails need to be fixed from bedroom into the bathroom on the floor.Shower curtain did not keep water in the shower We would of liked the trash code

Great location!

We loved the location - easy walking distance to so many fun places to eat, shop and explore. A quick drive to Forest Park for hiking and easy to get to Portland’s East Side for concerts, restaurants, and more fun.

Good Stay

The home was beautiful and had great potential, but a few issues affected our experience. The instructions could have been clearer, which led to some initial confusion. The kitchen was missing a few essential items, and unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn’t working, so some dishes from previous guests hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. Additionally, there were fewer clean towels and utensils than expected. With a few improvements, this place could truly be exceptional.

2115 Review

Place was very nice but there were a couple of things that could have been better. First, the lighting is not as bright as shown. All the lights are yellow & not very bright at all. The ceiling fan light in one of the rooms didn’t even work. There were some crumbs left in the couch and there was a nasty stain on one of the bed blankets. One of the bedrooms also didn’t lock. The walls are super thin so we could hear the neighbors when they were really loud at night. Other than that, it was a cool place to stay and a great location.

Great spot in Portland!

If I was to own a place in Portland, it would be a place like this. Perfect location, clean, and comfortable. Within walking distance of many great restaurants, stores, and activities. Family and I loved the few days we hung out here. Thanks for the great place!

Perfect location. Garage parking. Clean enough.

Great walkable location to coffee shops, breweries and restaurants and felt safe. Comfortable beds. Living room furniture could be more comfortable and functional. Underground parking was nice after we took about a half an hour to figure out the check in process, not that clear of directions. Host and/or Vacasa was unresponsive to multiple attempts to fix the air conditioning since it leaked and dripped water all over the concrete floors on both levels. We had to use most of the bath towels to mop it up everyday. Washer and dryer not functioning properly.

We'd stay again

Knowing the reviews for this place was mixed I'm glad we risked it because we loved the place. Perfect location, so many places to walk (loved Mama Bird for dinner nextdoor). Loved the included parking spot, parking would have been miserable without it. The cons: the bedrooms only have glass door partitions and don't block noise making it hard it you go to bed at different times. Bathrooms weren't fully clean. Linens were nice and clean. Management was helpful and on top of any issues. All in all we'd stay again.
