Welcome to my home!

Centrally located to enjoy everything the city has to offer.

This apartment can sleep up to 4 people comfortably.

Fitted with a comfy sofa, unwind in the living room after a busy day of exploring the city. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and city views from the comfort of your home!

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfy double bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Lisbon is the coastal and mountainous capital of Portugal. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-colored buildings of the old city, the Tagus Estuary and the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, the National Tile Museum exhibits 5 centuries of decorative tiles. On the outskirts of Lisbon are a number of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Closest Metro Station: Cais do Sodré. 300m from the apartment. 33 minutes to the airport.

Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.

NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

Very spacious and lovely location

If you're looking for a place to stay, it's a great area right in front of Time Out Market. Great for a few nights, but I stayed about 11 days and I'm not sure if it's set up for guests to stay that long. You only get 1 towel for your entire stay. Maybe it was just the unit I was in, but there's no plug in the washroom so it was hard to use any grooming things that required electricity. Everything was not plugged in when we got into the unit so we had to plug in the lights manually.

Very good location, but the apartment was not as shown in the listing

First off the property has a very good location and was a good size for the price. That being said we were disappointed with our experience. The picture of ‘parking’ in the listing is very misleading, the picture included is actually of a residential only parking, your options were either paying 30€ a day at the parking garage under the park or finding street parking that is rather difficult to come by and which is also paid, so do not expect an easy time if you have a vehicle, the management company is unhelpful in this as well. The apartment itself is sizeable but not well cared for and not stocked with amenities as promised in the listing (we were left 1 and a half rolls of toilet paper for a 6 day stay, there are 3 coffee machines but there was no coffee/tea/sugar/salt etc., there are plates/glasses/silverware but all cookware was beaten up and unusable pealing with Teflon, the ‘welcome amenities’ mentioned in the listing was an opened tea bag and two single use packets of vinegar, the headboard in the bedroom in peeling vinyl, kitchen table leg is broken, and wood floor outside of bathroom is splintered). In general the apartment served our needs and the security in the building is very good, the issues we had could be fixed with a bit of effort from the rental company but we most likely would not stay here again.

The location is amazing! It's on Cais do Sodré, very close to Pink Street, and right next to Time

The location is amazing! It's on Cais do Sodré, very close to Pink Street, and right next to Time Out Market (food stands!) so there's plenty of bars, good restaurants and even nightclubs near the flat, which is amazing if you're into going out while in Lisbon or if you're into trying local food without the hassle of googling every day where to go next. There's a metro, train and even boat station just a couple of minutes away, and several bus stops all over the area. The river is also a short walk from the apartment and although the prices there are a bit expensive and there's plently of tourists, the experience of having a drink there was totally worth it. The building is modern and generally quiet, but being so close to the bars means that we could hear loud groups (2) walking by, especially on Friday night, but that's to be expected and we saw it as part of the experience of being so close to all the activity! The kitchen is fully equipped, also with a washing machine and mini fridge, and there's AC in all rooms. PS: If you want to go out and keep the lights on for those staying home, you can use any card - even a library card! - on the fuse card slot and take the key with you :))

Unfortunately, we had to wait for over an hour to get the key card, and then had to leave by 8:30am. Although the apartment is spacious, it needs a lot of maintenance and does not match the photos.

Great location. Poor communication

Loved the neighbourhood. Easy walk to lots to do. Excellent restaurants. Time Out Market is outstanding and Honest Greens was our lunch spot every day. Both one minute away. The apartment was big and modern, but in need of care. Communication was the only real issue. 4 of the last 5 emails I got from GuestReady came through as blanks including check in information. I responded each time to say there was no content in the body of the email. None got a reply. I texted. No reply. Tried calling the GuestReady number twice. On hold until I I gave up. I did finally, on the day we arrived, get a call on my phone telling us how to get in. Last email said it detailed check out procedures. Blank again. This time I called and did get someone to answer. He was excellent. Checkout was easy. Loved Lisbon and the location.

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed the appartment and location. It was as described on the website. Close to everything including good restaurants and all the sites. We appreciated the sound-proof windows as it gets fairly noisy due to proximity of several restaurants including the famous TimeOut mercado. Would stay again.
