Outside there is a lawn with furniture. Within 2.8 miles there is a shop and 0.9 miles a pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Sweet Caroline is an idyllic setting for friends seeking a countryside retreat near Sutton-on-Trent. Note: Electric is powered by solar panels on the roof. Note: Set in owner's field. Note: Guests are welcome to fish on the land within River Trent for free, but will require a fishing license to do so and their own tackle.
