Luxury apartment in the old town of Porec, situated in the main Decumanus street is full of charm and completely renovated; consists of two double bedrooms, living, dining, and kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower.
It is fully equipped with all amenities, there is a large satellite TV in the living area, there are also TV's in each bedroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a town house. Restaurants, bars, shops are all in the surroundings.
The first beach cca 300 m is at Lungo mare, but also there are beaches on two sides cca 650 m from the apartment on each side.
One public parking free of charge is available at the local parking.
