Beautiful stone Istrian villa with private pool in central Istria. Villa Butterfly has three bedrooms and a beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool (26 m2). On the ground floor of the house, there is a fully equipped kitchen, toilet, and living room with direct access to the terrace and pool. Two bedrooms with a bathroom are located on the first floor. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other room has two single beds. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with its own bathroom. Air conditioners are located in the living room, the kitchen, and in two bedrooms. Spend your vacation in Istria with your family or friends in this beautiful stone villa that will delight you with its comfort and authentic details. There is a village children's playground right next to the holiday home. Parking is provided in a private fenced parking lot in front of the house.
