Any changes to the times previously indicated must always be informed and agreed by CleverDetails. There is an extra charge for late arrivals (after 18:00): between 18:00 and 24:00 - 35 euros; between 24h and 1h - 50 euros; between 1am and 9am - 100 euros (subject to confirmation). In this situation, the delivery of the key is made at the property. The person responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old, collect the keys on the day of arrival and must remain in the reserved accommodation throughout the stay, identification documents will be requested upon arrival. Failure to comply with this rule leads to the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund of the amount already paid.
