Ideally located just a short walk from the popular seaside village of Portreath, you will find Rosevilla Farmhouse, the perfect holiday home for a family holiday or a getaway with friends. The local village hosts an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants; it is also home to a wonderful sandy beach, which is popular for swimming, surfing and kayaking.
Enter this delightful holiday home into the large and open-plan living area, comprising of a sitting area with a large comfortable sofa, a stunning, decorative inglenook fireplace and a wall-mounted television, perfect for those relaxed film nights. There is also a large dining table with seating for six where home-cooked meals can be enjoyed in comfort; if you are not wanting to leave the Cornish sunshine, then head through the french doors and enjoy some al fresco dining out on the decked terrace. The well-equipped kitchen comes with everything you need to prepare a family feast as well as a smaller dining table, second wall-mounted television and a dishwasher, making clean-up a breeze. On the ground floor, you will also find a cosy snug room with a leather sofa and television; as well as a cloakroom and utility room with a handy washing machine.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, offering a spacious master bedroom with a plush double bed, walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with a wash basin and WC. The two further bedrooms also offer comfortable double beds with modern oak furniture throughout, both rooms are serviced by the family bathroom with a shower over bath, wash basin, bidet and WC.
Externally you'll find a beautiful, enclosed decked terrace with rattan sofas and a coffee table, a few steps lead up to the raised and well-kept lawned garden. Towards the front of the property is a decked patio with two additional rattan sofas with accompanying chairs and a coffee table; as well as a charcoal barbecue.
