A beautiful, detached barn conversion with a lovely wrap around, mature lawn garden with seating area boasting wonderful open countryside views. Situated adjacent to the owners’ home yet retains full privacy. Welcoming to families, but an ideal choice for older family members.



Set all on one level, the property is ideal for guests wanting to avoid any steps and stairs. There is ramp access and wide doors aiding users with wheelchairs and mobility aids. The property also features a shower room with walk-in shower and seat, alongside lateral transfer to the toilet. A raised toilet seat and mobile toilet frame are also available.



Willows Barn boasts open plan accommodation, well equipped and beautifully furnished to delight guests. Historic Kings Lynn with its port is just 5 miles away and has a wealth of shops, including supermarkets, cinema complex, bowling alley and plenty of eateries. The North Norfolk coastline is a 30-minute drive away for wonderful sandy beaches, nature reserves, and plentiful with seaside attractions. Thetford Forest, 31 miles, has a tree-top adventure park and cycle and walking trails to suit every ability; from adrenaline black routes to green family fun trails.



The Royal Sandringham estate is 12 miles away, while further afield is Norwich City, 50 miles, with its castle, cathedral, excellent shopping malls, market square and eateries and the famous Norfolk Broads National Park.
