Head to nearby Snettisham Beach, which is one of the quietest in the area or perhaps head to Heacham Beach with its painted beach huts. Just a little further along the coast is the seaside town of Hunstanton with its beach that seems to go on for miles when the tide is out and its famous stripy cliffs. Known as ‘Sunny Hunny’ by the locals, this popular seaside town is also packed with coastal attractions.

Drive east from here and discover a string of pretty coastal villages with a wide range of coastal habitats including picturesque quays and salt marshes. History buffs will find the Hanseatic Quarter of Old Kings Lynn, the Sandringham and Holkham Estates and Peckover House all within easy reach. Just a little further and you can explore the medieval city of Norwich, Blickling Hall and Ely with its magnificent cathedral too.
