In the heart of a part of Madrid where the most prestigious buildings from the 20s are located (Bank of Spain, Círculo de Bellas Artes...). In the Literary Quarter, Huertas Street is lined with quotes from former residents, such as Cervantes and Lope de Vega, whose house is now a museum. Very nearby, the tree-lined Prado promenade leads to the famous Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum. There are tapas bars with crowded terraces in Santa Ana Square.
The Apartment:
Luxury, comfort, design, and equipment are adjectives that perfectly define this apartment with three independent bedrooms and two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite, which will undoubtedly meet the requirements of any client seeking an ideal space to stay and feel comfortable. No details were spared when decorating, with the intention of offering quality, design, and style to all its guests.
The apartment has a spacious living room where a comfortable double sofa bed has been placed, allowing capacity for 8 people. The kitchen is of great design and is fantastically equipped with everything necessary: washing machine, induction ceramic hob, microwave, and any small appliance that might be needed.
With an area of 75 square metres, this fabulous apartment has a very good layout. The bedroom, with an incorporated en suite bathroom, is spacious, equipped with an enormous built-in wardrobe and a superb quality double bed, fundamental for a good rest. The apartment is exterior and takes full advantage of daylight. Indeed, very well thought out, the other two bedrooms with double beds face an interior courtyard, making them very quiet. The windows are double-glazed, soundproof and resistant to sudden temperature changes.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
