Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in one of the best streets in Barcelona. Full bathroom with bathtub, 2 double bedroom (1 queen size bed and 2 single beds). It also has a private balcony.

The apartment is 66m2, big open space living room that is 25m2 with a sofa bed, in case you need it.
The apartment is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, tv, wifi, microwave, cooking pans, pots...

Just 15 minutes walking the bogatell beach in barcelona city. 4 metro stops from the city center. The apartment is located in "La Rambla del Poblenou" street, which has plenty of bars and restaurants and is the heart of the Poblenou neighborhood.

You can walk to the beach wich is just at the end of Rambla del Poblenou.
The tramway (Tram) stop is just around the corner.
By metro you can reach the city center (Born district) in just 5-10 minutes.
The area is nice and quite but if you walk through rambla poble nou you get to a bussy street with shops, cafes, restaurants and plenty of life.

There are 2 big shopping center not far from the apartment (walking distance is 10 minutes to 20 minutes)

Port olimpic with lots of restaurants and plenty of night life is also near the apartment, just 2 metro stations or 15 min walking.

IMPORTANT! People under 23 years old can't book the apartment. In case that at check-in no one is older than 23 years old, you will not be able to stay at the apartment and there will be no refund.
For reservations for groups under 25 years of age, an additional deposit of 500EUR will be requested upon arrival, which will be returned at check-out if everything is correct.

City tax is not included and must be paid upon arrival and it's 6.25EUR per person and day up to 7 days.

Please note we have the following Late Arrival Fees:
20:00 - midnight = 20€
midnight - 9:00am = 40 €.
Sundays and public holidays:
9:00am - 20:00 = 30€
20:00 - midnight = 40€
midnight - 9:00am = 60€

The apartment has a double bedroom with queen bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds. It also has a sofa bed in the living room, so we can host up to 5 people.
It's a3rd floor with elevator.

I will be away but there will be someone in charge that you can comunicate, also I will be available via Messaging Apps.
