This lovely home is located near local shops, bars and restaurants. Also centrally located near Whitechapel underground Station it is only a few stops on the train to Tower Bridge and many of London's tourist attractions.
It has plenty of space and is the ultimate dream for group travel . Other things to note Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M. The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted. Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property. A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.

NO GO - badly managed, dirty & too expensive
Check in is Managed by Nestify UK, who basically do not care if you have a problem. Arrived at place finding appx. 12 full bags of waste in front of house. Place looked like a garbage dump. Inside place was not well cleaned. Furniture was damaged, one kid had to sleep in broken bed. Bathrooms were really dirty. Kitchen was best place to stay. Parking was adverted as free of charge front house. Is not! You need visitor vouchers or risk 100 GBP fine per day.
We paid 2.500 GBP for one week. Far too much.
Best tuing was the lovely neighbour who sold us visitor vouchers.

this house is not recommended. Outdoor space full of garbage bags and empty bottles, interior patio not usable for being dirty and neglected (bush branches did not allow access), internet did not work in the three days we stayed. sink and bathroom drains are clogged. We discussed everything with the person in charge who did not solve anything. On the day of departure, he told us that we should leave the house at 10:00 but we could leave the keys with the cleaning woman who would come. a delay could carry a penalty. We left the house key at 9:55 to the cleaning lady. Later, the person in charge asked us for a photograph that justified said delivery. As we were suspicious of the attitude of the management, we took the precaution of taking said photograph and so we were able to send it to them... We have paid a high price for sloppy housing and very poor management

No electricity
After moving into the flat, there was no electricity available. So no light, no hot water, no heating, no fridge, no cooking facilities and no possibility to charge devices. According to the property description, the fuse box should be on the ground floor. However, it could not be found. The contact for the flat could not help, he/she did not seem to know the flat. The owner got in touch the next morning. The electricity was finally switched on after the extremely laborious entry of credit codes (20 digits) into the electricity meter. This would have been impossible without technical knowledge. No one was on site, not even after repeated requests. In the evening, electricity was again not available. The procedure repeated itself, tedious typing of codes into the electricity meter. For 2 out of 3 nights we had no electricity. The owner had no understanding for a price reduction. He still wants to clarify the case, so he did not believe us. The flat is not to be recommended!
