Ryedale House is an exclusive, private development in the heart of York's historic core beside the River Foss. 301 sits on the 3rd floor and has been finished to a very high standard internally.

Upon entering the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area for the first time you will be immediately struck by the amazing amount of natural light coming into the apartment from the floor to ceiling windows. The views over the various city landmarks are simply stunning. There is a seating area complete with 2 armchairs plus a contemporary sofa that can convert to a sofa bed for the occasional extra guest. There is an additional seating area right in the corner of the room where you can take full advantage of relaxing with a coffee and taking in the view.
The stylish kitchen has been finished to a high standard and features premium Neff appliances throughout. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four guests, making it the perfect space to enjoy meals together.

High-quality wooden flooring runs throughout the apartment, with the added comfort of underfloor heating. Guests can also enjoy superfast fibre broadband throughout their stay.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed and benefits from a stylish en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a double bed. Both bedrooms have high-quality carpets and convenient USB charging sockets beside the beds.

An additional family bathroom is located off the hallway and features a bath with overhead shower, while a separate WC provides added convenience.

Please note that Ryedale House does not have dedicated disabled access, such as wheelchair ramps.

Access to the building is via a couple of steps at the main entrance and also from the rear car park. Guests with mobility requirements should take this into consideration when making their booking.
