Located in the delightfully peaceful and lush hills of Maremma, this lovely countryside villa is perfect for group vacations or getaways with family. The villa has a cosy veranda with an open brick oven and comfy lounging overlooking the large garden area for guests to enjoy this retreat even in mid-season. There is also open-air dining and BBQ for classic moments of reunion, fun and reconnection.

Inside, the 3-bedroom villa is divided into two levels, with the lower dedicated to a large and welcoming living area and the upper dedicated to 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a studio. The living room has a quaint charm with typical terracotta floors and arched roofs and it has ample seating, a Sky TV with a DVD player as well as a fireplace to stretch your legs in an ambient atmosphere. The kitchen of the villa is fully-equipped to take on any kind of meal preparation and features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine and induction hob.

Sleeping

All three bedrooms feature spacious interiors with a double bed with a metallic head and a wardrobe. The small hallway studio has a double sofa bed.

Bathroom

All bathrooms in the villa have a shower, WC and bidet.

If necessary, GAS for heating in wintertime has to be paid on the spot at GPL €5/mc.
A Refundable Security Deposit of €300 must be paid in cash upon arrival at check-in.
Check-in 4/8 pm; Check-out 8/10 am. Any other check-in/out time has to be previously agreed upon.
Tourist tax to be paid locally.

Location

The holiday villa is located 8 km far from the lovely medieval village of Santa Fiora, a rich site of historical structures, palaces and religious buildings. There is a treasure trove of beautiful places to visit, some of which include, the Pieve of Sante Flora e Lucilla, Church of San Giuseppe, Palazzo Sforza Cesarini, and Palazzo Luciani. Santa Fiora is also the venue for the International Festival Santa Fiora in Musica and Concerto di Ferragosto, a traditional and classical festival organized by philharmonic G. Pozzi, is held on August 15th.

Guests are also placed at a convenient distance to enjoy tranquil hikes in Monte Amiata, which is half an hour’s drive from here. Meanwhile, relaxation at natural thermal springs in the main Maremma spa resorts like Bagni Vignoni and Bagni San Filippo, as well as Saturnia Terme, is about 45-60 minutes drive in the province of Siena. Montalcino and the Tyrrhenian sea are a little more than an hour\'s drive from here. The property is equidistant from the international airports of Florence and Rome, both about 2 hours and 30 minutes by car from this vacation villa in the province of Grosseto.
