Historic Building - Two-Story Apartment - Right in the Heart of Catania

The accommodations are a two-story house located right in the heart of Catania’s historic center—cozy, comfortable, and stylish—designed entirely by the owner, who is passionate about comfort and design.

Located on the second floor of a historic building on one of the main streets in the heart of the city, it is surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants right outside the door.

The space
is fully equipped with heating and cooling systems (air conditioning and radiators)

- 6 double beds in the three beautiful bedrooms, one of which is located upstairs (160x200 bed with a 25cm memory foam mattress)
- 4 sleeping spots on sofa beds (140x200, 18cm memory foam mattresses) on the lower floor, all with a balcony.
- 2 bathrooms equipped with all essential amenities (complimentary toiletries, built-in wall outlets, hair dryer, radiator, and towels). They feature a shower stall with a showerhead and handheld shower, 2 bidets, mirrors, ample counter space, and windows.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, range hood, electric kettle, coffee maker, and, of course, a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. It features a balcony, table, and chairs for comfortable dining.
- Coffee, tea, herbal teas, and water are provided
- The very cozy living area, located near the entrance, features a spectacular 43-inch Samsung TV that allows you to watch major streaming services (such as Netflix and Prime Video) and satellite TV (Tivusat). It features ultra-fast 1GB Wi-Fi throughout the house, two three-seater sofas (one of which is a sofa bed; 140x200), storage spaces for guests, and a beautiful balcony.

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire property, with the exception of a small storage room accessible only to the cleaning staff (however, spare supplies and extra cleaning materials will be provided for guests’ use).
