Nestled into a hillside location in Tersanas area, the newly built complex of Ikritis Villas features 3 stone-built villas, each one covering 170 m2 and comfortably accommodating 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 if needed.
Layout
Ikritis Villas are built in style and with our guests utmost convenience in mind. Large doors, windows, and skylights fill the Villa with natural light, while offering easy indoor-outdoor living. Each Villa covers 170 m2 and comfortably accommodates 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 8 if needed. The modern furniture, natural colours, wood details, and airy spaces create a homely ambience, while offering ample space for all guests.
Ground Floor
Entering Ikritis Villa II?, you find an open plan area, featuring the living room and kitchen. The seating lounge comes with a 55 HDTV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, A/C, and comfy sofas. The fully equipped kitchen with an island counter for 8 with high chairs and induction hobs with an integrated extraction hood provides all essentials for you to practice your cooking skills at ease! Both the living room and kitchen offer direct access to the pool terrace
The ground floor also hosts the 3 bedrooms of the Villa. Two of the bedrooms offer 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined together upon request to form a king-size (1,80 X 2,00), A/C, mini fridge, en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins, and access to the pool terrace. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed (1,80 X 2,00), A/C, and views of the garden. Finally, an additional family bathroom with a shower cabin and a washing machine is available on the ground level.
Attic
Ascending a few steps, guests will reach the attic-style area, overlooking the ground floor and offering 2 more single beds (0,90 X 2,00) that can be joined together upon request to form a king-size (1,80 X 2,00) and A/C. The attic windows also enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the outdoor area of the Villa, while blackout curtains provide privacy and keep the light out if you wish.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Ikritis Villa ?II covers 200m2 and offers several facilities, including:
- A private, 40 sq. m. swimming pool, 0,80 - 1,50 m deep with step access.
- The pool area is equipped with 8 sun beds, a hanging egg chair, a poolside shower, and umbrellas.
- Gas BBQ available next to the outdoor dining area for 8 under a shaded pergola.
- Lawn-covered area next to the pool, ideal for kids to play.
- Parking space for 2-3 cars in a private driveway inside the Villa grounds.
- The whole Villa is fully fenced, offering security and privacy to our guests.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The house was as advertised. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Upon arrival, we found the refrigerator to be stocked with some essentials and baked goods which were unexpected and such a treat. Plenty of parking with a beautiful outdoor area. It’s close to a lovely beach, there is a small super market close by, as well as a handful of restaurants and coffee shops. Most importantly, this home served as a lovely and serene haven to return to after days of exploring. A car is a must. The owners could not have been more communicative and lovely.
