The old castle is characterized by having all the houses in colourful, Mediterranean style.
Situated in the ancient city of ALLON, a Roman city more than 2700 years old. One of the eight main cities in the Mediterranean from Roman and Phoenician times.
In the city you will find museums, chocolate factories, and countless beaches and coves.
It has a solarium terrace where you can observe the view of the Mediterranean Sea.
The house has a sun terrace where you can sunbathe and even watch the sunsets of the city.
All the construction materials used are of high quality.
Stairs have been made for the duplexes, built by hand, as our ancestors used to do.
They are Roman arched staircases.
The walls have been covered, as they are old stone walls, leaving them exposed and with a very peculiar style.
The interior decoration has been measured to detail by our decorators and architects.

Questo appartamento si trova a Villajoyosa e vanta una posizione strategica nel centro della città e vicino alla spiaggia. A livello naturalistico, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Cala de Finestrat e Spiaggia di Poniente. Altre due tappe assolutamente da non perdere sono Terra Mítica e Terra Natura. Anche Aqualandia e Benidorm Airsoft meritano una visita. Dì addio alla routine di tutti i giorni e dedicati ad attività all'aperto come jogging e parasailing.
