Stylish one-bedroom flat in a premium neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. Modern kitchen integrated into spacious living room, dining room and balcony as well as comfortable bed in room with full blackout curtains. Pool, grill, and riverfront gym on the top floor!

Barbecue can be booked for an additional cost. If you need private parking, it can be arranged as well!

To keep the flat tidy, in all reservations of one week or more, the unit will be cleaned once a week by a cleaning service. The service will have a cost of USD 20 per cleaning, payable by the guest.

Located in the vibrant Olivos neighbourhood and just two blocks from the presidential residence, the flat is brand new and fully furnished.

It has a queen-sized bed in the dormitory and a sofa-bed in the living room, which can comfortably sleep two more people.

The building has laundry facilities, as well as a gym, swimming pool, barbecue and solarium with incredible views of the river!
