Stylish one-bedroom flat in a premium neighbourhood of Buenos Aires. Modern kitchen integrated into spacious living room, dining room and balcony as well as comfortable bed in room with full blackout curtains. Pool, grill, and riverfront gym on the top floor!

Barbecue can be booked for an additional cost. If you need private parking, it can be arranged as well!

To keep the flat tidy, in all reservations of one week or more, the unit will be cleaned once a week by a cleaning service. The service will have a cost of USD 20 per cleaning, payable by the guest.

Relaxing Buenos Aires

From beginning to end, this was the perfect apartment to relax and see another side of Buenos Aires, after our trip to Antarctica. Perfect location for marina, restaurants, parks, trains and the Delta. A perfect and comfortable stay.

The property was in good shape. Some work needs to be done in the bathroom (extractor fan doesn’t work), bedroom (pull down shades are hard to adjust), and main door (code timeouts too quickly).

Good value, good host

No complaints, the unit was as described in listing. Valentin was a great communicator. Main bed was very comfortable but if you are visiting with 3-4 guests the living room sleeping accommodations are 3/5 stars not bad not great. Did not check out the building amenities.

Our stay in Olivos

Nice apartment, relatively well equipped. Our one issue was the rather uncomfortable chairs on the balcony. For older guests, it was rather difficult to sit down and get back up from the chairs. Also, we wish we had known about the orientation of the apartment. We could not sit out later in the afternoon as there was no shade available. Obvious, this is our personnel opinion and others may enjoy the sun. Regardless of this we still enjoyed our stay

Why they chose this property

Located in the vibrant Olivos neighbourhood and just two blocks from the presidential residence, the aprtment is brand new and fully furnished.

It has a queen-sized bed in the dormitory and an sofa-bed in the living room, which can comfortably sleep two more people.

The building has laundry facilities, as well as a gym, swimming pool, barbecue and solarium with incredible views of the river!
