This ground-floor apartment consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen area with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dining seating for four and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a small double, along with a shower room. Outside, there is scratch card parking on a first-come basis. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 1 dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A highchair is also available. Within 0.7 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles a pub and beach. Bram's Lair makes a fabulous base for a seaside escape to Yorkshire.
