Charming twin villa "Tristan" in the Concession of De Haan.

This spacious villa with lateral sea view is located at 75m from the beach and at walking distance from the centre, supermarket, shops, restaurants and "La Potinère".

On the ground floor of this holiday villa you will find a garage with storage room and a bedroom.

A nice asset is the small but pleasant garden. In front of the garage there is an extra parking space.

On the first floor there is a toilet, a pleasant living room and a fitted kitchen. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The fourth bedroom with attached bathroom is on the third floor.  Because of the super location of the villa Tristan, you can easily reach the beach!
