There are two double bedrooms, one measuring 14 square meters with a window and a double bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), and the other measuring 12 square meters without a window but also equipped with a double bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long) and satellite TV with a flat-screen display.

The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities, including an open kitchen area with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom features a shower/WC combination and a separate WC. The apartment also boasts underfloor heating for your comfort.
