Within 2.5 miles there is a shop and pub. Dew Pond offers a delightful abode for two, whatever time of year. Note: This property does not have mains electric or any 3-pin plug sockets, it instead offers USB power sourced. Dew Pond is pet friendly with a doggie exercise paddock in the farm. Guest are advised that bringing a large dog is probably not advisable and are asked to keep their dogs on a lead when not in the paddock area.

The Mendip Hills are a picturesque walking and cycling destination that should not be missed. There is undoubtedly something in the neighbourhood to suit every taste, including a traditional day at the beach in Weston-super-Mare. The spectacular cities of Bristol and Bath, which are both only 12 miles apart, are also close by and well worth a visit because they include stunning architecture as well as a wide range of first-rate services and activities to keep you busy while you're there.
