Expérience Olympic Terrace Residence 301 - un condominium de luxe 3BR 2BA en ville (l'un des 20 résidences) dans le centre-ville de Ketchum. Juste un pâté de maisons de Main Street à seulement quelques pas d'une douzaine de restaurants et de la vie nocturne passionnante, cette unité a été entièrement personnalisée avec un nouvel éclairage, un décor et un mobilier design. Belle unité de coin de résidence de 1600 sf offre un espace de vie «lumineux et lumineux» avec un plan d'étage ouvert qui vous permet de travailler dans la cuisine et profiter de la cheminée, A / V et de la famille. La salle à manger peut accueillir confortablement huit sous un lustre vintage des années 1920. De plus, l'unité dispose d'un parking souterrain (une voiture), d'un ascenseur (du garage à l'étage de l'unité), de la chaleur du plancher radiant partout (pas de climatisation - pas nécessaire!), laveuse / sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée avec service pour 12 personnes, casseroles, ustensiles de cuisine et autres ustensiles de cuisine, et tous les autres «cloches et sifflets»: robot culinaire, mixeur, presse-agrumes, cafetière (bien sûr!), Machine à expresso; stock d'épices / agrafes dans les armoires, condiments de base dans le réfrigérateur (le propriétaire est cuisinier!) Ou barbecue sur le pont nord. Ameublement tout au long sont confortables et vous invitent à vous asseoir devant la cheminée et profiter de l'amélioration du câble ou de l'Internet haute vitesse sur l'écran plat Samsung Smart TV 65 "(apportez vos appareils numériques, streaming et comptes de jeux!). Les chambres et salles de bains disposent d'une literie de luxe et de linge de maison pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Great place with easy access

Very nice layout with decent space. Everything you need is in the unit. Underground parking was very useful with all the snow.

Beautiful Place

This condo is very well equipped and is very comfortable. It is located in town, so you can walk to everything. The only thing that was missing was a closet in the 2nd bedroom- that bedroom does not have as much storage. Bathrooms in both bedrooms are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Just like home!

My favorite rentals are the ones that feel like you’re staying at a friend’s house. This was just that. Owners were a pleasure and their home is well located and perfectly provisioned. We’d absolutely stay there again and I plan to tell friends and family about it. Enjoy SV!

Wonderful Cozy Condo!

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 Weeks over Christmas and New Years. This was our 9th trip to Sun Valley. We had such a wonderful experience! The condo was cozy and well stocked (very nice to have some coffee for that first morning after traveling). We loved being able to walk to restaurants in Ketchum. Although we were right in town it was very quiet. Having covered parking was very convenient, as well as having close proximity to River Run lodge. The master bedroom mattress and pillows were particularly comfortable! We especially appreciated having a Christmas tree and decorations on the balcony to enjoy. The large living room TV was great for watching movies and the Wi-Fi was excellent. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again. Bruce and Kathy were very nice to work with. Thank you!

Perfect Sun Valley location! Terrific home!

My family had an amazing vacation. The property was very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Everything was within walking distance - including restaurants. Shops, and grocery stores - which made for very easy living, Bruce was a very helpful host. We would love to return again!

We really enjoyed this house!!

We stayed at this house for 3 weeks and never missed my own house. This house is so beautiful, high ceiling, wonderful living room and breakfast area, and The wonderful kitchen!! We cooked a lot and all the equipments we need are already here. Kids really enjoyed the backyard and Lucy Loken Park that you can access from the backyard. Josh is very responsive. We will definitely wanna stay here again! :)

We recently stayed here with our 3 girls and we loved the in-town location. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, shops, coffee and movie theater. The condo is so well stocked. We had everything we needed!

Owners Bruce & Kathy Meyer are residents of Chelan Falls, WA and we love spending time between our home on the Columbia River and our newly upgraded (2017) Olympic Terrace home in Ketchum. We have been coming to Sun Valley since the late 1970s and love the Sawtooth experience winter & summer!

What's better than a few days in the mountains winter or summer?!?! And Olympic Terrace is a great in-town location -- an easy walk to many great restaurants for cocktails or dinner, shopping, and a host of other amenities; and the free Mountain Ride bus service is just a block away.

The underground parking and elevator is much appreciated after a day on the slopes, golf course or bike trails, and delivers you to a freshly appointed open space condo & gourmet kitchen. The well-appointed kitchen & living area offers views to the east.
