Het huis is verdeeld in 3 comfortabele appartementen, elk met 3 slaapkamers, meerdere badkamers, tuin.
Het huis werd in de zomer van 2014 geopend voor de gasten. De renovatie werd uitgevoerd met aandacht voor comfort, privacy, respect voor de natuur. Het zwembad (12x5 m) is voorzien van een kinderzijde (h. 45 cm). Prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels van Fermo en privacy die je inademt. Het appartement heeft een zwembad en heeft ongeveer 100 vierkante meter eigen tuin en terras, uitgerust met een outdoor tafel, bank en barbeque. Binnen houten balken en het dak, 2 moderne badkamers, Scavolini keuken volledig voorzien (koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, magnetron, vaatwasser), 3 slaapkamers, een woonkamer met televisie. Berging met een wasmachine en fietsen.
