The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, is composed of Mono, Bilo and Trilocali Apartments with Pool. Opening from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. Medium and small pets are accepted with advance notice.
TWO-ROOM APARTMENT N. 3 for N. 2 - 4 guests - composed of: living room with double sofa bed separated by a curtain, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI internet, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, air conditioning , safe, large terrace (mt. 6 x 3.5) of relevance, wonderful SEA view, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and deck chairs. Independent entrance. We provide bed linen and towels for € 10.00 per person and per change.
For guests it is available FREE: SWIMMING POOL, private parking, solarium, play corner, meeting room with T.V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
The property is located in the countryside on a hill overlooking the Riviera di Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering a wonderful sea view, reachable in ONLY 6 minutes by car. The beach is about 8 km with an equally promenade, equipped with bathing establishments with restaurant and free beach.
The historic cultural city of Fermo can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which small, ancient villages rest. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.
