Location was great, that was essentially the only good thing. We’ve been coming to sea ranch for decades and exhaust all the outdoor activities. When we do come back, we want space, ease and comfort to recoup. You would hope to pick a place that had a little bit more truth to what they advertised, but that’s the gamble of vacation home photos when you commit and we’ll take ownership of that without question.
If you don’t care about overall comfort or ease of use in a vacation home, and just want a couple (literally two) beds to sleep in, rent away. Battled ants the whole time, they were present when we showed up. I get they put model furniture in houses sometimes but the “third bed” wasn’t accessible. It was a pull out couch tucked in a corner wasted room aside from storage and a chair, seemed like it was meant to not be used. The guest bathrooms toilet is directly behind the door which opens in, so you can barely open it before it bumps the front of the toilet. Might wanna redo that door and have it open out instead of in. Master bathroom tub looked massive in the photos, not so much in person. False advertising 101. Do better.
