Summary:
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom raised floor garden apartment with exquisite contemporary finishings. Impeccably styled with a sleek look combining a warm colour palette with some intriguing art, this home can definitely be described as a a homely yet stylish family home.
The Space:
Contemporary and stylish arty touches include a comfortable relaxing space and a fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances. This is a fresh and clean apartment, ideal for anyone who wants to be somewhere high-end, quiet and peaceful. The main focus of the apartment is no doubt the expansive garden with rolling lawns, trees, an outside patio area as well as the large indoor space.
Guest Access:
You have access to the entire property including the garden. The whole apartment is yours to enjoy and relax in.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in the sought after and exclusive Road in Hampstead. The diverse restaurants, quaint coffee shops, fashion boutiques, and charming pubs that line Hampstead High Street are only a few minutes away. Hampstead Heath is a 15 minute walk, bringing you into nature at its most authentic and expansive form. Lakes, ducks, lido pools and picnics make this a spot people flock to from all over the city.
Other Things to Note:
Requires you to climb 12 steps from the building main entrance to the flat door. There are no stairs inside the apartment, it is all one level. If you have mobility issues then please note that there is no lift and 12 steps to climb up once inside the building to get to the entrance of the apartment.
Please note that some decorative works are scheduled in the communal lobby inside the entrance of the building and external communal bin area from 27th October until early December. Some minor noise may occur during daytime working hours, but this will be limited and only for a few hours each day. Please check with us before booking if you have any questions regarding this.
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we’ve partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental-guest screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
For the comfort and safety of all our guests, we do not allow any parties or gathering in our apartments.
Age limit is 21 years or older to stay in any apartment (unless accompanied by parent/s)
Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 20pm-8am.
