Impressive and unique holiday home located on a cliff overlooking the sea, with a large window that opens and turns into a balcony to breathe the sea breeze and feel the lapping of the waves, while you can enjoy wonderful sunrises and unrepeatable sunsets.

A magical place, carefully decorated and stylish, where you can feel the strength and beauty of the Atlantic.

Very close to several little frequented beaches such as Playa del Pirata and also close to the well-known Playa de San Agustín.

It has iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, 2 ceiling fans, 1 TV, radio.

In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided.

The space itself is gorgeous and has amazing views

The space itself is gorgeous and has amazing views. Being able to open the windows gives you the feeling of being outside. The sofa is very comfortable and the TV is huge. It was easy to cast to from our devices without having to sign in. Kitchen is small but well equipped and you have the bonus of being able to look out at the ocean while cooking. The nearest grocery was 1.5 km away and had limited groceries so you would likely need a car if staying for an extended period. We rented a car for the week but parking is extremely difficult to find in the evenings and next to impossible on the weekends. For those who like a soft bed, this one is extremely firm. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend.

Amazing Appartement

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Die beiden Strände sind nur 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt und auch der Spar Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Check-in und Check-out waren super einfach und problemlos. Die Parkplätze sind zwar sehr ausgelastet, aber wir konnten immer eine Lücke in der Nähe finden. Ich würde diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder besuchen und allen weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung über dem Meer

Das Appartment liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung in Blockbauweise. Die Bausubstanz, vermutlich aus dem 60ern, ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Wohnung ist wunderschön renoviert und sehr gut gelegen - tatsächlich wie auf dem Bild. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Restaurants, Supermarkt und die Strandpromenade von San Agustin sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Parkplatzsituation ist ab dem Nachmittag prekär.

Absolut empfehlenswert, wir kommen sicher wieder

Der Blick aufs Meer ist sensationell, wir sind extra morgens vor Sonnenaufgang aufgestanden, um ihn sehen zu können. Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Umgebung ist schön ruhig. Die Strände sind schnell und unmittelbar erreichbar, einer sogar direkt hinterm Haus. Wir waren begeistert! Das Haus wurde renoviert, daher war es stellenweise laut und so dreckig, dass wir mehrfach putzen mussten. Irgendwann muss es gemacht werden, nur schade, dass es unsere Urlaubswoche getroffen hat.

If you like to feel the ocean, it is the best place you can choose. You open the big Window and you can hear the waves. The apartmant is clean, it has enough space, and near to the beaches . We hired a car at the airport , we could easily park in front of the house.
