Check-in is at 4:00pm at Ocean Heights Leisure Park (sister park) reception, which is open from 9am till 5pm. If you are arriving after 5pm, please call the park directly to arrange for a late check-in.



Please can guests contact the Park a few days in advance to arrange key collection and notify estimated time of arrival.



Group Bookings

The park will not accept same sex parties or work groups under any circumstance.



Accommodation Information

If you have an enquiry for any additional allocation, please ensure you are speaking to either Kristian or Helen. They are the only ones who can authorise this.

Any facilities unable to operate in line with government guidance regarding social distancing will be temporarily suspended during your stay in order to ensure that you and your family are safe. This could affect the swimming pool and indoor entertainment venues. However, where facilities can be safely operated like a wide range of Takeaway options, supermarket and laundrette services they will remain available.

Please note: There will be no facilities open between 21st February- 25th March 2022 and 1st November- 20th December 2022.

Please note bed linen and duvets are provided but beds aren't made up for arrival

It is strictly prohibited to charge electric vehicles from your accommodation. Only dedicated charging points may be used for charging your vehicle.

As part of our check-in policy, a Security Deposit Bond is required—£100 for Caravans and £150 for Lodges—secured via pre-authorisation. Please note, this is not an immediate charge, but a temporary hold placed on your account to cover any potential damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning.

Your accommodation will be carefully inspected upon check-out. Provided everything is in order, the full amount will be released promptly.

Came for 4 nights with 4 children and 2 adults.

Came for 4 nights with 4 children and 2 adults. Had a great deal for it. Caravan was simple and had everything we could possibly need-take some dvds with you.Perfect location for us to go galavanting on day trips. Didn't use out door pool here but used the main sites indoor which was clean and warm. Will be coming back again!!
