The Sands is a wonderful beach property ideal for families and larger groups. This newly refurbished property features hi-spec mod cons, off street parking for 3 vehicles, a large enclosed garden, and is finished with clean and super stylish interior designing.

Just a 200m from the world famous beaches of Camber and minutes from the historic Medieval town of Rye.
There are two kite-surfing centers within 100m of the property.
