The Waves is a lovely contemporary but cosy beach house right next to miles of sandy beach at Camber Sands. Beautifully furnished in a modern style with wooden flooring throughout, The Waves has a spacious feel with its wide staircases and 3 good sized bedrooms arranged over 3 floors. The master bedroom has the added luxury of its own balcony, where you can sit and relax and watch the sun go down. The living area has wonderful patio doors which open out onto a private terrace which is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or for breakfast on the terrace in the morning sun.

Downstairs you will find a games room which is great for all the family or if visiting with friends, as not only does it store all your beach toys, wet suits and surf boards, but it also comes equipped with a ping pong table! The big flatscreen TV and free wifi are great additions to this property so you can relax and be entertained during rainy weather or fun evenings indoors. There is also a selection of DVDs, games, books for you to use and enjoy!

For great days out, you do not need to go far to explore the pathways that take you past farm and country life and beyond to the watersports centres. Alternatively, you can take long walks along the waters edge and explore the sand dunes. You can also find many historical attractions in the idyllic village of Rye, only a 10-minute drive away or travel further afield to Hastings and many more interesting locations.

Camber Sands is a small beach village boasting 7 miles of sand and sea. Its a perfect UK destination not only for summer, but also a windy winter beach break is just as enjoyable.

Rye is only a short 5 minute drive away and has a wealth of shops, restaurants, tearooms, not forgetting the huge amount of history that is also hidden amongst the town. With cobbled streets and old beamed houses surrounding the church it offers a lovely day out for adventure and good food.

Hastings is only 30 minutes drive and has a very lively fishing part of the town, along with the old town which is like stepping back in time. The seafront offers fun for all ages with crazy golf, arcades and lots of delicious food stops.
