Located in a picture village Perama, where you may find a variety of facilities within walking distance this unique home has everything you may need for an authentic holiday break. *The Villa is part of a Villa Complex, where one more villa is located. Each Villa has their own heated pool and separated facilities, kindly note that some areas are overlooked.

Ensconced within a 250m2 outdoor space, this sublime house complete with 35m2 outdoor heated pool with 1.45depth, children’s pool, waterfall pool fountain and wonderful grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. Ideal for family or friends ( can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in real beds) that wish to cherish each other’s company while being pampered by some of the best outdoor surroundings. External Living | Heated Pool & Outdoor Facilities
Set in 250m2 of beautiful settings, the villa is just a few minutes walking distance to the lively village of Perama. The sublime home features a 35m2 private heated swimming pool(can be heated with an additional fee), with waterfall fountain features and ample outdoor design-led settings. For our younger guests a children pool compartment is embellished with 0.40depth and also a ping-pong table is available for endless games with loved ones. The pool terrace is equipped with a premium sun beds and umbrellas so you can relax all day long cherishing Cretan Summer. Enjoy your cooked suppers at the outdoor dining area with BBQ (gas) facilities, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over. The sublime home also features and outdoor shower. An outdoor playground awaits children for some extra game time when parents are reminiscing on the days events over a G&T.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 60 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available

Internal Living | Bedroom & Bathrooms
This captivating holiday home boasts sublime interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance and calm, as well as promises guests a revitalising stay to renew body, mind and soul in it’s 150m2 indoor space. The retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. Entering the villa you will find a clean appeal living-cum area with a Smart 65’TV, a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary wonders and a dinning area for togetherness time with loved ones. Designed with relaxation in mind, the villa boasts 4.5 bathrooms each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. All four bedrooms (two on the ground and two on the first floor) are effortlessly and elegantly furnished promising a blissful night's sleep after the day's busy adventures. They are also fully equipped with beds (high quality natural mattresses and premium linen), design led wardrobes, wonderful settings and include air conditioning.

Location Overview :
Jasmine Villa is located in Perama town which is within 5 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well know for its sandy beaches.The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.

The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes. Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
