Nice Apartment with great vies in a great location, close to amenities in Salford and Manchester. Big living room with a television, dining table and has great views from the windows. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy, nice garden outside for people to have a barbecue and there is a big parking space which can be accessed any time with no prior booking needed.

There is a lot of things to do in this area besides the close proximity to Manchester city centre. Old Trafford ground and Etihad stadium are within 15 minutes of the property. Shops are within walking distance there is an Aldi, Tesco and Lidl within 2 minutes of the property. Buses are easily accessible and there is a tram stop about 10 mins from the property.

There are great views from all the windows of the property, being in the 14th floor, you can see most of the city from the windows.
