Convenient apartment location in Centro Storico

One night stay. Inconvenient to have to walk through second bedroom to bathroom.

Great stay in old town Bari

We stayed for 4 nights at Tresca Charme. Our group was me, my husband & my best friend.The directions to get to the place itself were confusing when received, added to by the fact that our taxi driver dropped us off several blocks away. You will need to find the U'Russ food stand at a children's playground and walk straight back from that into the opening. The directions said there is a fountain & fast food restaurant. The fountain is actually a public spigot/bubbler, not a decorative fountain as we thought, and U'Russ is not in a building or strip mall type configuration. So this was a bit of a language/translation issue.Check-in was with a woman, I'm not sure of her name. She didn't speak English hardly at all, so it was a challenge & we had been dragging our bags around old town for 30 mins trying to find the place. We did have to pay a tourist tax, which we expected, in cash when we arrived. There is a placard on the dining table that explained.The room was stocked with a bottle of wine, coffee, tea, and snacks. Ample sleeping space & a terrace.For the first 1.5 days of our stay, there was an electrical issue. With it being Easter Sun. and Mon., electricians finally came late Monday and fixed the problem. But until then, the hairdryer, tea kettle, coffeemaker, etc. would not work. During this time, we met Francisco, who was also the person who helped us via WhatsApp when lost. If I ever met Valentina, I'm not aware. Francisco & his mother were lovely though.

Très bel appartement au cœur de la ville de Bari

Charmant apartement dans un ancien palais du vieux Bari. Très belle rénovation et situation idéale pour visiter la ville. Propreté impeccable, communication aisée et check in et out simples. Je recommande vivement !

Great accommodation in Bari

We had a very nice stay in Bari at the Tresca Charme rooms. The host Francesco was wonderful he met us outside the accommodation, carried our suitcases up the stairs and left a lovely bottle of wine. The location is amazing close to old town and not far from harbour and city centre. It was quite hot but the aircon worked well and we made use of the patio in the late evening.

Breathtaking

What an amazing experience we had staying at Valentino’s house. It was so very charming even better then the pictures … the location was perfect, we felt totally immersed in Bari life and we loved it. Valentino was the absolute best to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was easy and perfect … if we could live there we would!! Loved loved loved it so much!! Thank you Valentino for the most perfect few days!!!

Per la prima volta a Bari, abbiano trascorso due giorni splendidi.

L'appartamento nella famosa Bari vecchia, è posizionato in zona strategica: a pochi metri da un parcheggio e a qualche centinaio di metri dal centro di Bari; il cortile interno, la scalinata di accesso e gli appartamenti sono deliziosi, all'intero di uno splendido palazzo antico . Il terrazzino con vista della zona del porto e dei vicoli è molto accattivante . Molto pulito, curato nei particolari ed assolutamente adeguato a turisti anche esigenti .
