Sweet bungalow in the center of the main beaches of the Outer Banks! .4 mi or 8 minute walk to the beach with a stoplight and pedestrian crosswalk to cross to the ocean side of the Town of Kill Devil Hills. Grab a sandwich and refreshments from Publix in route to the beach or Lost Treasure Putt-Putt - both walkable from the beach bungalow.

The pet fee of €229 includes 1 dog, a second pet will be charged additionally

The Blessing was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was very central to everything we did. Property is very well kept! We highly recommend and would definitely stay again if ever in the area!

This property is 5 star through and through and the hosts are 5 star. Everything about "The Blessing" is deseriable. The location is excellent being right next to Publix and central in KDH. The house is extremely clean when you walk in and has a warm feeling with an amazing smell. It is stocked with all amenities that you may need for cooking. There are plenty of towels for the bathroom. The bedrooms are very nice and have nice decorations with large TV's on the bulkheads. I will be planning to stay at "The Blessing" in 2026! Thank you Maria!

Wonderful place!

We felt blessed to find the blessing. Stayed for two nights and could not have been happier with our stay. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating!

Very clean, comfortable and convenient house!

We had a big family reunion happening so instead of staying in the “big house” with 20 others, my daughter and I stayed in The Blessing! Absolutely loved the location, spotless home and comfortable furniture. This worked very well for our needs. Easy access. Right across from Publix!

Thankful at Casa Blessing

We had a fantastic holiday at Casa Blessing! We arrived in town rather early and I texted the owner to see if we could check in, I did not hear back when we arrived after our 7 hour trip. We stayed away a little longer but the kiddo and dog were done with the car so we checked in. We were grateful that they were very welcoming! The house is just as described in the listing, very clean and organized. We had everything we needed to cook (reheat) our thanksgiving meal and thoroughly enjoyed being cozy with our daughter who came up from East Carolina to spend the holiday with us! The town was hopping for a chilly weekend. We explored north and south OBX, went to the movies (really crowded!) and ate at the Jolly Roger which was a Christmas wonderland. The downside is the distance to the beach, crossing the major street is not fun in a car let alone walking, but it was a quick car ride over. Also take note that the road is busy in front of the house, I worried our dog would run out and it could be a concern for small kids. We came down to be close to our daughter and will book again!

Good comfortable stay

We enjoyed our time on the OuterBanks, the house was a good fit for our family of 3, thinking it is a bit newer as there weren’t any beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards - which would have been extremely helpful but overall the location wasn’t too bad). We did wish at one point that there were a bit more practical items, extra roll of toilet paper (thank goodness we had a box of Kleenex), extra trash bags, a few hot pads…things like that but all-in-all it worked out okay. There were TV’s in both bedrooms as well as the living room with access to Netflix, washer and dryer, full kitchen with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, they even had several games to play including CornHole. Check in and check out super simple, and getting in and out of the house very convenient with no need to worry about keys.

Clean, renovated home in a good location

A very lovely, clean and renovated property! It’s very comfortable and spacious, for just one level. The kitchen is actually very well equipped, so don’t worry about that. There’s not any dishwasher or garbage disposal, but that was fine for just the few days we were there. It’s a good location, right across from the Publix grocery store and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It looked like there was a fire pit in the backyard from the pictures, but there wasn’t any when we got there.

My friends and I found The Blessing to be a welcoming and lovely environment in which to spend time together! It was conveniently located relative to the beach and to grocery stores. Will definitely try to stay there again if visiting the area.
