Only the pool area is good , but not advised for Nobody to expensive for the real value

We are was unhappy and disappointed ! Pictures whispering Us that , this is separated property , however this is just part of the Villa yard , and Smell like was in a cellar ,The bed and duvet, was unfresh , has not TV , missed light in the bathromm light, aircondition was broken dosen't worked properly, the Wifi signal dosen't worked inside the building , and finaly We got hidden charge !!!!

Alle ore 7,30 pm del 26 agosto e’arrivato il sig Attila, alle ore 8 pm ho chiamato VRBO Italia per comunicare che l’ospite voleva la restituzione di quanto pagato perché la stanza non era di suo gradimento e non corrispondeva a quanto è nella pubblicità. Mi è stato dato il telefono di VRBO Inghilterra per confronto. Penso che lo abbia chiamato perché: data l'ora 9,30 pm, la mia decisione di non ospitarlo perchè pensava di avere a disposizione tutta la villa con relativa piscina ATTILA E' RIMASTO !!!! La sua recensione non risponde al vero (si capisce anche il motivo) infatti tutti gli ospiti dopo di lui ci hanno assegnato 5 stelle. Per ultimo non voleva pagare la Tassa di Soggiorno e per farci pagare lo abbiamo minacciato di chiamare la Polizia Non ho mandato la recensione perché con VRBO ITALIA avevo già espresso il mio disappunto.

Tranquillità in campagna!

Nella campagna viterbese una bellissima tenuta immersa nel verde di vitigni e uliveti,accoglienza squisita della padrona di casa...una deliziosa piscina per aperitivi con prodotti locali alla luce di candele per arricchire una atmosfera già di per sé piacevole. Da visitare!

Vermieterin macht falsche Angaben

Sehr negativ,in der Anzeige standen viele Unwahrheiten bzw.wurden einige wichtige Angaben einfach weggelassen.Ich hatte vor der Buchung angefragt, ob Hunde, auch große Hunde, erlaubt sind.Dies wurde mir bestätigt.Das unser Hund sich nur im 20m²-Haus frei bewegen durfte und weder an den Pool,noch in die Außenküche durfte,wurde nicht gesagt.Da wir weder im Haus kochen noch essen konnten,da kein Tisch vorhanden war,saß unser Hund fast den ganzen Tag allein im Haus.Weiterhin wurde nicht erwähnt, dass es im Haus keine Kochmöglichkeit gab und wir draußen kochen mussten, mit fremden Menschen.Man wollte uns eine Herdplatte ins Haus stellen, aber dort war es so klein, dass weder für Töpfe noch zum Kochen und Essen kein Platz war.In der Anzeige wurde nichts von Außenküche erwähnt.Auch WLAN gab es im Haus und am Pool nicht. Man wurde ständig beobachtet, da es draußen nichts gab, wo man alleine sein konnte. Auch habe ich vorher angefragt, ob es Nachbarn und Mitnutzer des Grundstückes gibt und mir wurde geantwortet, das Haus ist abgetrennt und wir wären alleine. Das war auch gelogen.Als ich im März buchte,stand in der Anzeige noch ,Außenpool', dies wurde später geändert in "Gemeinschaftspool". Auch das hätte ich so nie gebucht. Wir sind nach einer Woche abgereist, die Vermieterin ist sehr uneinsichtig und weigert sich,uns wenigstens die restlichen Tage zurück zu zahlen.Bitte nicht glauben,was in der Anzeige steht,wer Privatsphäre möchte, mit Hund kommt und Wlan braucht,ist dort falsch!!!
