LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION - WE'VE GOT IT!!!

WE JUST REPLACED ALL OF THE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE - September, 2017. ALL NEW BEDDING AND TOWELS 2016. WE ARE ALSO NOW CHANGING THE DUVET COVERS AFTER EACH GUEST SO YOU CAN CUDDLE UP FOR A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP. Lots of new pillows added too!

We are in Old Town, one block down from Park City Mountain Resort. We walk to the lifts when we ski. Or you can walk 50 steps to a bus stop and jump on the free bus to Deer Valley or Canyons Ski Resorts. The bus will also take you 5 min. to Main Street for dining and shopping. Grocery store is also a 5 min. bus trip so it's easy to stock the kitchen and eat in. Our townhome feels more like a private single family home; with all the comforts you are looking for. You have a private back yard to enjoy your hot tub after a day of skiing. Or relax on the balcony off the living room and enjoy the view and our gas grill. There is a small park next to the library (also a short, half block walk) and you'll find some small hills perfect for kids to go sledding. We keep a sled/disc in our unit.

The upstairs has a large OPEN floor plan; the kitchen, dining and living areas form a great room. The dining room table seats 8 and there are 3 bar stools at counter to accommodate up to 11 people. Works great for big groups because you can all be together. Two bedrooms are downstairs with a jack and jill bathroom; great for kids. There is a big screen in the living room with a DVD player and a big screen in the master bedroom with a DVD player. Third DVD player downstairs in the bedroom with 2 twin beds. We also have property management service in Park City so if you need any assistance with the home, there is someone available locally to help you 24 hours a day. Our home is warm and comfortable, well furnished. The kitchen is completely stocked with just about every gadget you'll need. We know you will feel right at home! This is a non-smoking home.

About Pam

We fell in love with Park City during a summer vacation and decided it was the perfect location for a year round vacation home. This is our second home; it's well furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to feel right at home. We love mountain biking at Deer Valley and hiking all of the local trails in the summer and the skiing and terrain choices are unmatched in the winter.

Why Pam chose Old Town

We wanted to be close to Park City Mountain Resort but we also wanted to be close to the huge City Park for the summer. This location is close to everything, you really don't need a car. You will love the ease of walking to skiing or jumping on the bus and being where you want to go in 5 minutes!

What makes this townhome unique

1372 Woodside Ave. Unit A - We have a truly perfect location. Enlarge the map view and it's easier to see the house marker behind point B. We are right across the street from Park City's main park. There is a bike trail that you catch here that runs for miles, there is a huge playground area and skate park there as well as volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. We can walk a half block to the city library or walk one block up the hill to Park City Mountain Resort. If you want to go to Main St. it's a 15 minute walk or take approx 50 steps out your front door to a bus stop. The free bus service will take to you Main St. (5 min. ride) or Deer Valley (15 min ride) or go the other direction to the Canyons (15 min. ride). You will find that you are right in the center of all of the action!

We have always had good luck with rentals from VRBO and your home was no exception. The house was very clean, well furnished and in excellent condition. I felt like I was staying in a friend's vacation home rather than a rental property. The house is a great location - easy walk to Park City Mountain and close access to bus stop makes the 5 min. ride to Main St. very easy.

Great propert - great location

We traveled with a group of 7 for a boys snowboarding trip and selected this location because of its proximity to the PCM base area in addition to the easy access to Main St. Overall we couldn't have been happier with the selection. There were a few hiccups throughout the stay but they were quickly and soundly addressed by the owner Pam. Overall if your looking for a place that has great access to PCM in addition to the Cayonons and DV via the shuttle this place is for you. The walk to PCM base area is roughly a block uphill and the house is located close to several shuttle stops, in addition uber was an inexpensive was to get to Main St in less than 5 min. Overall a great stay made even better by the fact there was no need to rent a car.

We did have a few maintenance "hiccups" as you said and I can't tell you how much I appreciate your understanding and patience while we worked to resolve them. (Happy to report the spa is back up and running and the heat tape was repaired.) We try to take care of all needed maintenance during the summer but some things you just can't plan for. Excellent Location and Lovely Home

We stayed at the rental with our family (multi-generations from 4 to 68) and had a wonderful time. the place is even better than the pictures! Everything was clean and well taken care of - from the duvets to the fluffy white towels! The kitchen is stocked with every tool a cook would need and want. Plus there is a pantry with every spice, oil, etc - plus plenty of dry goods from past guests. We added to that collection! There is a wet room for all the winter ski attire! Additionally the house is stocked with extra pillows, blankets, baby gates, pack and plays, space heaters, etc. the house was very warm for us floridians!

The location is barely one block for the park city resort and steps from the bus stops. The garage has plenty of sleds for the kids and a great area by the library (one block away) for sledding.

The owner was very nice and accommodating before our visit and maintained great communication via emails.

IDEAL LOCATION, spacious and cozy property on quiet street, very responsive and personable owner :-)

My wife and I stayed here with our 34-month-old twins. A couple of my siblings stayed here for a while, as well. Suffice to say, we had plenty of space. The great room is, well, great. The balcony is nice and overlooks a mellow street. The bedrooms range from spacious to big enough. The beds are very comfy. We were very happy with the bathrooms. The kitchen is just right, as well. The hot tub is sweet. There is plenty of parking: one vehicle in the garage and one in the driveway. Moreover, you do NOT need a parking permit to park on Woodside Avenue. You can also walk to Main Street in 10-15 minutes; otherwise, take the free bus. Park City City Park is a stone's throw away, as is the library. Our kids were really happy everywhere in PC. Last but not least: Pam, the owner, is very amiable and bends over backwards to ensure that her guests are very happy. We highly recommend this property with no reservations whatsoever. Indeed, I am extremely doubtful that you will find such an excellent value anywhere in the Park City area! Enjoy your stay! - Brian

Perfect location for Old Town and Skiing!

We had a wonderful experience at the great Old Town location. The house was in great condition and well appointed. It's walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort base area as well as to downtown for shopping and dining. We will likey return!

great situation, close to lifts and perfect design for our group of 7 adults /teenagers. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen (big crock pot esp useful ). Hot tub cleaned day of our arrival and very welcome. Sun trap on balcony lovely for afternoon tea. Easy access to supermarket and pleasant 10 min walk to Main street Would recommend.
