Top of the line reverse osmosis water filtration system and 2 water heater to make sure everyone get a hot shower after a day of fun. Outdoor community pool is open at the end of June. Tennis court for guests and residence. Only 5-minute walk to the several of Park City's most popular restaurants, main grocery store, liquor store, post office and much more. This was a great place four our family of three couples to stay for a few days. The living room, dining area and kitchen are spacious and there are two chairs on the deck where we could sit and read. It’s an easy walk to a plaza with a great grocery store and a few nice restaurants.

This property was clean, spacious, well-appointed, conveniently located, and basically exactly what we wanted across a number of different criteria. The host was a great communicator and was very flexible and helpful.

Our family of 4 had a great stay! Mi Young was wonderful and very quick to respond when we needed something. This townhome is very well equipped with all you need. Kitchen is great and beds were comfortable! Location is extremely central to everything in Park City. We will stay again for sure!

Beautiful Condo Convenient to Slopes

Our family had a wonderful ski vacation while staying at this property. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very responsive. The ski shuttle to PCMR was just across the main road for days we didn’t have a parking reservation. We had a parking spot as well. Highly recommend and would return again.

Winter getaway

My Husband and I met our 28 year old son and girlfriend in Utah and spent 4 Nights at this property mid February. Loved the home , very spacious and great kitchen area . Loved reading by the fire . I do not ski but it was only a 4 minute drive to drop them off and pick up . Town close by , drive , shuttle or you can u rt . Park city Main Street is great, Mi was a wonderful host! Very quick to tespond with a call or text . I would highly recommend this home

Park City Ski Getaway

We absolutely loved our this vacation home. We thought we were perfectly located in a nice quiet area, but close enough to grocery stores, restaurants and slopes. We walked to nearby stores and restaurants. We used uber to get to slopes and Main Street downtown, which was only 5 minute ride. Ms Mi, our host was awesome. The property is clean and so cozy, we loved the kitchen for all our cooking needs. This relaxing and comfortable mountain home was perfect for our group.

Perfect Park City Ski Trip

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this property was, by far, the best. The property is in a perfect location (several good restaurants within walking distance) & spotlessly clean. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the property was exactly as shown in the listing pictures. The host was very attentive; checking in several times during our trip. Highly recommend!

Greatest VRBO experience!!

I do not know how we ever rent a place again after here. It exceeded all expectations and Mi Young went above and beyond. Typically the photos make a place look a little better than it is and in this case the photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful condo. Perfect location. There is a playground two or three minute walk away along with the tennis courts, the pool, grocery stores and restaurants you can walk to. if you have a family, this is the best location And the condo is the perfect setup. Mi Young was the most amazing host. Every detail was taken care of. She was attentive and replied to texts right away. We stayed for 3 weeks and left with her as a friend inviting her to come visit us any time she wants. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We fell in love with Park City and the condo.

Great location

February 2024 We had a wonderful visit to Park City, and your home was the perfect home base for skiing, shopping and dining on Main Street. We especially loved the well-stocked kitchen for home cooked meals, and easy access to the bus system + local market. Our favorite restaurants were the Viking Yurt, Lookout Cabin + Tupelo. Also loved No Name Saloon and strolling Main Street. Thank you for a lovely and well-appointed stay!

Wonderful! Convenient! Close to Resorts!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The listing was accurate and the property manager did a wonderful job communicating. All appliances work well and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment including two coffee makers (drip and k cup). The furniture was in good shape. The internet was reliable. We received a ton of snow and the plow services on the road and driveway were reliable. We had a 2wd van and we were never in a position that we couldn’t drive. Close to a lot but not really walking distance to much. We didn’t use the shuttle/bus but the stop was a few hundred feet from the property. No garage access unfortunately. There is enough room in the driveway for two cars but not sure if that is allowed or not. Our 4 year old did great in the house. Suggest a lock 6 feet high on the front door to prevent children from unlocking. A dedicated place for boards and skis would be great.

Great location and everything you could need

This is a great place to stay if you’re headed to ski in either Park City or the Canyons! The bus stop is 500 feet from the place (although the transit system running on time is questionable) and you can take an 8 minute walk to the Market and other dining places next door. The place was extremely clean and the host was very hospitable! Honestly, the kitchen is STOKED with any appliance you need to make a home cooked meal so eating out isn’t a necessity. This was a great find and we were very pleased!

perfect spot for a family vacation

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Mi Young Trepinski was the best! From the time we booked until we left, she made sure we were taken care of. I have never stayed at a VRBO that literally had everything we needed. We were there 5 nights and only ate out one day for lunch. Her place felt like home and we have absolutely no complaints! I would stay here time and time again, it's beautiful!
